Dishwasher installation was done in good time frame

The professional installation for our Kitchen-aid dishwasher was included free with the dishwasher purchase. Although we had some issues with scheduling, the installation was completed well.

We set a date for the dishwasher to be delivered and installed at the time of purchase. Delivery date was 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Was asked if I preferred 8 to 12 or 1 to 5. I choose 8 to 12. I was told I would receive a call approximately 30 minutes before they arrived at my home. I took off from work that morning. Never received a call and no one ever showed up. I went to work that afternoon. About 3:00 I received a call from the delivery/installation truck informing me they were sitting in front of my house. They seemed really inconvenienced when I told them it would take 15 minutes for me to get there. Keep in mind they did not come during the time scheduled and when they did come they never called to let me know they were on the way. When I mentioned they were supposed to come between 8 and 12 they responded with "I don't know why they give those times out". We love Best Buy, but this process needs major attention.

Installers were on time, neat, careful, knowledgeable, polite, quick, and gave me a nice introduction to operating the machine to get me started. And it was free with purchase!

The person putting in the dishwasher was very fast and very pleased with his work.

The first attempted installation was unsuccessful. We were not happy and are still not satisfied. Due to the mess and the consequences we may face in the future as a result of the mishap.

The install team did what they are supposed to do and did it right but the communication needs to be better. They kept having to reschedule. One team called to pick up but couldn't do the install or even unhook the dishwasher.

On Time, Friendly and knew what her was doing. Other than a new dishwasher my room was returned to how it was before he came. Answered my questions and knew what he was talking about. Very happy

Our dishwasher purchase included free installation. Chris (installer) called and asked if he could come earlier that our scheduled appointment. Great! Very professional job.

The guys who did the install were terrific... knowledgeable, polite, efficient. Answered all my questions. I think they left the area cleaner than it was when they got here!
