Thank you so much I really appreciate you guys for coming out

... and Best Buy didn’t respect it. First, after requesting time off from work, they bumped our installation from Thursday to Friday without even calling (personally) to ensure that was okay. Then they gave a timeframe of 12-4 for the installation. Took off (again) and waited. Got a call @2:15 that they had a big appointment and would be a while. Fine. At 6:15 nobody had called or arrived. Tried calling delivery guys - no luck. Started calling Best Buy which, after explaining to one guy, led to an infinite hold loop. Delivery guys called @6:30 saying they had just wrapped up and were on their way. An hour later, not here yet. At 7:30 they called to say they were held up and would be there soon. They FINALLY arrived at 8:30PM (!!) to do the installation!! The job was clean and well done, and delivery guys were apologetic. When B.B. called to see how it was working, they didn’t seem to want to hear this. Not what one should expect for $140.

The Geek Squad tech knew exactly what to do in spite of the fact that I have an R/O system, a water ionizer, and a line going to the fridge from the R/O tank. He was in and out very quickly.

Excellent service as always! They were fast and efficient, and showed me how to run my new appliance so I wouldn't have any questions.

The installers had to add a working water control piece that was not working and broken. They save us time by installing a new working part and got the dishwasher working very quickly.

Mark was extremely efficient, quick and neat with the install of our new dishwasher. He fully explained the dish washer's operation and removed the old machine leaving the kitchen clean.

Not sure why Best Buy sent this this to rate. It seems that they would actually want the product delivered before asking for a review. At Beat Buy the left hand never seems to know what the right iis doing and different departments are pitted against one another.

I wasn't home, so this was more a necessary. They did their job.

The installer was very pleasant and informative. He waited for me to clean up before he installed the unit and also, helped out with the tidying up. He was on time and polite.

On time, very proficient and knowledgeable of installing appliances. Friendly and cleaned up after the install

In and out with in an hour great service except for the init8l install date confusion

The Best Buy installers were great. We had a little problem with getting the dishwasher high enough. The installer suggested an alternate plan that we were happy with, and it has worked out fine.

The install team was professional and took time to explain.

The men were efficient and in and out in one hour. They were very clean, pleasant to talk to and very personable.
