Best Buy does it right! My new Bosch dishwasher was installed with excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely buy another major appliance from Best Buy in the future!

The installation team is very good, I do recommend it.

Overall, took three visits to get our installation correct. First one there was an issue with the dishwasher and they made us call to reschedule. The second one they just dropped off the dishwasher and told us it wasn't scheduled for an installation and the last one was great.

It took three different visits but it finally got installed. I Love my dishwasher. It is nice having three different racks instead of two.

As always the technicians were very knowledgeable and installed the dishwasher in no time. They were very polite and wore their masks.

Installation has defects Installer broke the hot water line valve for which repair I had to pay $160 Installer didn’t check out dishwasher operation before leaving Dishwasher is misaligned (in plan) relative to edge of cabinetry Dishwasher sometimes stops few minutes before program’s is finished, don’t know why Washing is OK but drying is never quite completed, which complicates putting finished dishes away Installer didn’t give any useful hints/heads up before hastily departing on how to use the equipment

I LIKED HOW THEY CAME EARLY THEY SAID 8 AM AND WAS HERE AT 745 READY TO WORK THEY WAS DONE BY 830 LOVED IT

They were punctual and quick to install the dishwasher.

The two technicians did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job of explaining the functions of the dishwasher.

Installers arrived timely. Very odd, one sat in the truck the whole time, the other performed the work. Installer tried to connect the water line to the cold water supply line (vice the hot water supply). He broke the valve on the cold water line and water shot throughout the cabinet and into the kitchen - which flooded the area. I ran into the basement to cut off the water (to the house). Brought up a wet vac and began the clean up. The installer took my wet vac from my hands to finish cleaning the water. I went to get my cell phone (calling a plumber) - and the installer barked out at me, why he was cleaning up the mess, stating he didn't make it. The cabinet was bone dry before he started work. We completely emptied the cabinet for clean working area. The two installers high-tailed it out. I had to have the plumber replace the cold water supply line/valve. It was plumber's opinion, the installers over tightened the connection (they should have never touched). I had to have the plumber install the dishwasher properly and test it. The Best Buy installers (in my opinion) were under-trained and unprofessional. They were in such a hurry to get out, they didn't even ask me to sign for the product. Truly a cluster-muck.

I love it. I high recommend it and the Apple valley Best Buy staff is the best of any store. They should all be like them. Only thing I hate is not being able to call my local store direct.
