Top notch installation. The guys were efficient and professional. Showed up right on time as promised.

Always clean dishes. Only drawback, with heat drying setting, silverware not always dry, but that's just a small drawback. Love the Whirlpool!

Installation has defects Installer broke the hot water line valve for which repair I had to pay $160 Installer didn’t check out dishwasher operation before leaving Dishwasher is misaligned (in plan) relative to edge of cabinetry Dishwasher sometimes stops few minutes before program’s is finished, don’t know why Washing is OK but drying is never quite completed, which complicates putting finished dishes away Installer didn’t give any useful hints/heads up before hastily departing on how to use the equipment

The installers took the time to explain why the discharge hose should be installed a certain way. The installers made sure the dishwasher was properly balanced for a more efficient operation.

We set a date for the dishwasher to be delivered and installed at the time of purchase. Delivery date was 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Was asked if I preferred 8 to 12 or 1 to 5. I choose 8 to 12. I was told I would receive a call approximately 30 minutes before they arrived at my home. I took off from work that morning. Never received a call and no one ever showed up. I went to work that afternoon. About 3:00 I received a call from the delivery/installation truck informing me they were sitting in front of my house. They seemed really inconvenienced when I told them it would take 15 minutes for me to get there. Keep in mind they did not come during the time scheduled and when they did come they never called to let me know they were on the way. When I mentioned they were supposed to come between 8 and 12 they responded with "I don't know why they give those times out". We love Best Buy, but this process needs major attention.

The installation went smooth. The install team was very communicative and did a good job.

It was hunting weekend and they came out installed it, carried out the old one and didn't have any issues.

Dishwasher install was less than stellar. The dishwasher rocks in the opening and i have a large gap on the bottom where i see the subfloor.
