They provided excellent customer services, calling the day before to confirm a specific time as well as the actual day calling to let me know they were on their way.

Took two tries--initial install required a small adjustment. But Best Buy was great with getting that scheduled and taken care of.

The guys who came out to do the dishwasher install were okay to deal with and they installed the dishwasher just fine. However, neither one of them wanted to physically lift anything, so they scraped up my flooring slightly. Thankfully, the scrapes don't show too terribly. So, the moral of the story is, don't expect anyone to treat your home as well as you do.
