The installation crew arrived on time, completed the installation with professional efficiency, and managed it all in a friendly, helpful fashion!!

Once they arrived they did a great job. They were late due to a computer glitch.

Bosch D/W is easy to set up and use. Cleans very well. Had to get used to not having a heating element but the product dries everything.

The guys that came to deliver we're great, they were able to move the old dishwasher I had for me which they were not scheduled to do. I am overall very happy with the crew.

Was given an install date, and told we'd be contacted the day before. Rx several calls from different numbers telling us delivery would be 12-8, 12-4, 2-4, and a couple telling us to ignore all other messages. The truck finally showed up right at 8pm for delivery, but as they were unpacking it realized it was damaged so we refused delivery. After several days we contacted BB to check on our replacement. Told that our order was marked 'delivered and comlete". After we finally convinced them we did NOT have a new machine installed, we had to initiate a "return". None left, and returns are behind damaged refusal in line. Finally got a new delivery date about a month out.

The same guys that installed my over the range microwave. The are very fast courteous friendly knowledgeable and show me around the new appliances.

The installation was done with speed and quality. They removed old unit and hauled away.

Install was quick. They replaced the valve which leaked after after a couple uses.
