Great. The service was wonderful and the crew was accommodating

I had the same guys come out the last two times; the first time was because I noted scratched on the toe panel; the second time because I (erroneously( thought the dishwasher wasn’t working. Well, it was and the guys were prompt, friendly and quick with the install itself. Maybe I should have asked them for a full demo before they left, and when I did they were very friendly and instructional , and showed me the steps to take and the options on my machine. Thank you guys, appreciate it

They did a great job, even connecting our dishwasher, which was in the floor, correctly.

My new Bosch dishwasher was installed by Tom, on Dec. 3,2018. He arrived ahead of schedule, which saved me a bunch of schedule juggling. He did call ahead to notify me of his timeline, which I appreciated. He was very efficient and helpful, and saved me an extra plumbing service by pointing out a problem with the existing water line, and replacing the necessary part himself. (I have an older home, and suspected there might be an issue there). Before he left, he made sure that the area was spotless, and tested the dishwasher to confirm it to be in good working order. Tom deserves 5 stars!

my first installation of the dishwasher didnt go so well. The installer XPO had problems with English language but installed it. It was a bit crooked under cabinet and hit drawer. He fixed that but the dishwasher never dried things. We had someone come back again and dishwasher was replaced quickly. The new installer was wonderful and dishwasher is lined up perfectly under cabinet. It is working great.

Tech was very thorough when he installed our dishwasher, he checked to insure machine was level and no water leaks. He cleaned up after finishing and was very personable.

We had to have a replacement because the first one delivered and installed had a damaged door. The re-installation went smoothly and the unit works as designed. It is so quiet that when sitting 7 feet away, I cannot tell if it is running. That part exceeds expectations. As for the "do not rinse the dishes for best results", I disagree. When we have tried that, there is food left on the plates. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit.

The two gentlemen that came to put in our dishwasher were professional and friendly. They went right to work finding which switch on electrical panel was the dishwasher and checked at least three times before starting to make sure- that took maybe two minutes. It only took them an hour in total to put ours in and that is with having to go downstairs and turn off the main water with a wrench because it has no handle, having to stand on an old couch (yes, I said it was fine first) to reach it, and he remembered to go back down there. The cutoff under the sun didn’t work at all, but we didn’t realize that beforehand. And it never shut off completely so I got him some buckets and he had to dump them twice- but he never missed a beat. The old dishwasher was wired up a little differently so he had to quickly brainstorm how to fix it and he did within about 3-5 minutes, he had it all figured out. They tested it and showed me how to clean the filter and how to run it. It was worth having them come so my husband didn’t spend the year yelling at the dishwasher trying to do it himself!

Did very nice job. Our current plumbing hookup wasn’t compatible to the new dishwasher, but the installers were very nice and explained in detail what needed to be done. After plumber moved the pipes best buy was very easy to work with for rescheduling our install. They called us and we able to reschedule online. Installers were friendly and diligent in their work. Completed everything quickly, tested for leaks, and explained how to use the dishwasher. They also cleaned up afterwards.

After the first installer couldn't help us do to the hole in counter being too small he penned out the needed cutting in order to make it fit. I proceeded to cut the space need then Best Buy with-in a week sent out a second team to install the dishwasher effortlessly, neatly and quickly.

Overall they did a good job installing the dishwasher. It took awhile to get the installer to understand that I did not like the way the dishwasher looked like it was uneven. He eventually fixed it to the best of his ability so I am satisfied with it but not totally happy

The technicians were clean, neat and very professional. They arrived on time and I think were done in about 45 minutes. They removed my old dishwasher, took it away and installed the new one. They explained the functionality and made sure everything worked right before they left. Looks great and works even better than my old one. The only sign they had been there was the new dishwasher.

Leo and his crew went above and beyond installing my dishwasher (not purchased from BestBuy). There were complications and Leo quickly came out the following day to correct the issue and now my dishwasher runs perfectly!

The washer is very quite and holds a lot of dishes. Does no dry as well as our last dishwasher.

The installers were very professional and efficient, having my old unit removed and the new one installed in less then an hour after arrival.

The LG dishwasher is excellent. Very quiet and efficient. Internet interface is limited and not very useful.

The installer was quick, accurate, and took the time to tell me about the dishwasher. The dishwasher has operated perfectly since then and I'm exceedingly satisfied.

I chose this dishwasher from its reputation and reviews, both personal and from consumer advocates. To start, it cleans really well. I did not have to wash the dishes first, although I haven't tried it with old caked on or burnt on food. I purposely left some coffee cups with a coffee/milk ring and some dishes with only scraping, and it did clean everything totally. The interior is certainly smaller than my old one. It is harder to fit in larger pieces and pieces of different sizes and shapes, but I am making that work. I find that the dishes do not dry on their own, but I expected this too as I did not get the heated element as too many people said they have had melted plastic when using the heat. I do like that I can fill the rinse aid dispenser and it will work for several washes, then let me know when it is time to refill. The top on the silverware bin doesn't fold flat, so it takes up some room and gets in the way, but that too is minor. I like the sanitize feature, and the dishwasher has all the cycles that I find that I need. I like that it has a half load and express wash when you have things that don't really need a deep wash. I give it 4 stars because of the way the racks are built which also causes a loss of some space for certain items. They indicate it is big enough for 14 place settings. This might be true if all you are putting in is plates. If you put bowls or other pieces, you may need to skip a slot to fit them in. I do like it well enough that I have already suggested it to 2 others who have also bought it.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were great!! It was not the easiest install and they did it without complaint. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up, and even offered some tips and advice for optimal performance. Highly recommend!

Extremely fast and easy installation. Perfect fit in the area of our old dishwasher.
