The installer had some problems getting the dishwasher to slide all the way in. He had to make some adjustments to the frame under the counter. Meanwhile, we aren't sure that he did it or not trying to get it in, maybe using his knees to push put a dent in it. Then the cord got caught under it scratched the wood floor, which he did admit to that. We felt like he wouldn't have told us if we wouldn't have inspected it before he left. The same man brought a new one and that install went fine.

Our Samsung dishwasher was installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. The installers were very professional and helpful.

My installer was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He showed me how to use my new dishwasher and answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

My installer was contracted out not Geek Squad. However, they were very professional and efficient with the install. Took all of about 30 minutes to get the job done.

Installation went great. The 2 guys that came were professional, friendly and very quick at the job. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one in less than an hour.

Guys showed up on time, were COVID ready/secure, did their job well and swiftly. Zero issues, as it's supposed to be! (thumbs up!)

My installation was done twice. The first precision team tried to install the air hose but it was too short. So they rigged up a device held together with six braces two of which were badly corroded. My handy man looked at it and said ….no way. The second team came out. They corrected the problem and connected the air hose properly. They were very professional and helpful. Rudy and Jordan answered all my questions and were five star. I have pictures to demonstrate the difference in workmanship.

The installation personnel were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable in their work. However, the appointment window was 4-8 pm, which in itself was way too late. The staff arrived about 15 minutes past the end of the window and did not leave my house until about 10:45 pm. That's much too late to have an installation done in my home.

the plumber who installed my dishwasher did an awesome job. arrived on time, pleasant and a can do attitude. did the install quickly and without any drama! job well done

We did not have this item hooked up. We are having work done in our kitchen so they just put it in place. We will hook it up later
