We still have not had a complete install ( since July, it's almost December now) Best Buy has not been helpful at all to resolve the issue. The dishwasher was missing a piece that Best Buy has not helped at all to replace or resolve even though we payed for the year warranty. We have been on multiple calls with support over the months. Best Buy did not follow up with us on the issue... We've had to follow up every single time time with no results from Best Buy. We are still waiting... Most recent call resulted in them telling us the only solution is for us to contact the manufacturer. Now we're waiting on a part to be delivered by the manufacturer that Best Buy did not help us to get. Very disappointed is an understatement.

Installer did not really know everything they should. As they routed the water line in a way they needed to add an extension. Charged $45 for a $20 part we should not have needed.

The first technician installed the dishwasher wrong. I couldn't use it unless I turned the garbage disposal on. The second technician knew what he was doing. My dishwasher works well.

My new dishwasher was installed correctly and in a timely fashion. All packaging was taken from the house.

The person who did my install was great. He came at the scheduled time. He was also able to fit the dishwasher in a very tight area. Really appreciate how this all went.

The installers arrived on time and did a clean and neat installation of the dishwasher. They disposed of the old dishwasher and were done quickly.

My installation appointment began well enough with the technician contacting me ahead of time to keep me updated on when he would be expected at my home. He had a minor issue with not being able to install a new stainless fitting because the water line was hard-wired to the house. Fair enough, however I felt the installation kit should have been refunded to me. Second, he removed the old dishwasher from my home, which was a service I had not paid for. Finally and what I am most unhappy about is that the technician told me that the belt that is attached to the dishwasher door was rubbing against the piping going to the sink area and that there was nothing he could do about it and was that ok? Well, no it is not okay because now every time I open my dishwasher it sounds like something is grinding. Overall not thrilled with this installation.

I purchased the kit as required for the install, but they were not left behind after install, probably an accident.

InstLl wet fi e but we found out later that the parts they said were trash and for oter installations were not to be taken by the installers. They were to be left with us as we had paid for them ad not to be discarded.

Excellent service! Tech was courteous, paid attention to detail, and did a demo of some of the features.
