After a couple of flubs setting up the installation date and time, the first being an "Act of God" and the second a communication problem, Best Buy's installers got here and did a great job installing our new Bosch 500 dishwasher.

Very professional crew and knowledgeable. Install was quick and the tech talked to me throughout. Had to have an outlet installed and he had everything to do the job with him. Highly recommend these guys for installation

We are happy with the actual install, we were concerned that there was only one english speaking member in the three man crew. The man doing the actual installation did not understand or speak english and the one member translating for us was not fluent in english. This made for a difficult time trying to express my concerns with placement of my dishwasher during the installation. In the end the install went ok, but it would have gone better if I could have communicated directly with the installer.

Dishwasher installation was quick and professional! Very qualified installers had my new machine in and running in under 30 minutes!

Installation was actually a repair as screws came loose and the dishwasher wasn’t levelled properly in the original installation 5 months ago ( by a different team). HOWEVER I was billed twice for this service - on my Best Buy card and also on my bank credit card. I had no luck getting Best Buy to respond despite calling multiple times and then being told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Inm have turned it over to my bank now. Advice - CHECK YOUR CHARGES. If it happened to us, I'm sure it's happened to others.

The Bestbuy crew was on time and did a great job on the install. Everything just works and no leaks!

The installers were very courteous and on time. It took longer than I anticipated due to them having to put in a new hook up in the wall. They did a great job.

The technicians were clean, neat and very professional. They arrived on time and I think were done in about 45 minutes. They removed my old dishwasher, took it away and installed the new one. They explained the functionality and made sure everything worked right before they left. Looks great and works even better than my old one. The only sign they had been there was the new dishwasher.

Great machine, quiet and clean, it is an ADA model since the regular did not fit. Its is smaller but works very well. Great service and installation form the Geek guys.

These guys were courteous, quick, clean, and thorough.

Overall they did a good job installing the dishwasher. It took awhile to get the installer to understand that I did not like the way the dishwasher looked like it was uneven. He eventually fixed it to the best of his ability so I am satisfied with it but not totally happy

Extremely fast and easy installation. Perfect fit in the area of our old dishwasher.
