The installer was wonderful and so helpful. Realized I had an issue with the old plumbing and was able to replace and install the new dishwasher all at the same time.

The contractor who installed the dishwasher was very courteous and polite. We were lucky to have this contractor being assigned to us.Their professionalism in handling the difficult situation made the process very smooth. He handled well when the black occurred on that day.

I really like my new dishwasher. It’s American made, quiet, and not astronomically expensive. The installation was quick and extremely efficient. After installation, I was given a lesson on how to use it.

The installation was generally good. The vertical alignment of the installed dishwasher is slightly off, and it may be because of the fact that the height adjustment was incorrectly done, but I can't say that as a fact. The two installers were courteous and careful to leave things clean and dry.

Installation went well. No problems. Dishwasher works great. Very quiet.

The men who came re-installed my dishwasher that was falling out of the wall. I bought this dishwasher 2 years ago, with a warranty for the dishwasher. The original installation was faulty and fell out of the wall. He charged me $159 for that installation. Now it's fixed correctly. Also charged me $159.00 for a re-install. So far it's solid. looks fine too. They did a good job. Thank you

We are happy with the actual install, we were concerned that there was only one english speaking member in the three man crew. The man doing the actual installation did not understand or speak english and the one member translating for us was not fluent in english. This made for a difficult time trying to express my concerns with placement of my dishwasher during the installation. In the end the install went ok, but it would have gone better if I could have communicated directly with the installer.

I bought an 18” Haier dishwasher in June. Installation was perfect and on time. It washes great but I am having to learn how to load it efficiently. I bought the stainless racks and the bottom rack is difficult to push back in after loading, I am somewhat disappointed?

The men who did the installation were professional in every way. Arrived on time, removed old appliances and allowed me time to clean floors before bringing in the new appliances. Rate their service as 10/10 New appliances were properly installed and checked before leaving.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable! He has been at this for many years, had the old out and the new one in in very short order. Was very careful of my cabinets and floors and cleaned up everything beautifully. He then showed me the settings he prefers to use when he uses this same dishwasher, and he was right on. He recommended dry powder detergent as he said the liquid coats the inside of the washer and is therefore hard to clean. It's nice to know that Best Buy has great appliances, competitive prices AND qualified experts to install. Buy with confidence.

This technician knew exactly what he was supposed to do in order for the dishwasher to work perfectly. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. Took care to make sure everything entered my place in a timely and careful manner. Called before he was about to arrive. The installer wore a mask throughout the whole installation of the dishwasher due to COVID. My dishwasher was installed very professionally! Thanks to an A-Plus installer!!!

The actual install was perfect - great team, good job. Scheduling, notifications, address mistakes on the part of Best Buy were an absolute nightmare

The two guys, who installed my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher were...efficient, knowledgeable, personable, worked quickly, explained everything that they were doing, during the installation. They showed me how to use the new dishwasher, and ran it, to see it all worked well, as it did. I would highly recommend these guys for any dishwasher installation. They cleaned up any mess made, from removing the old dishwasher, and took it away. The Best Buy, Geeks are the greatest and I always have them do my installations, to products purchased at Best Buy.

I ordered this dishwasher from best buy as the price/option for install were the best. That is where i made my mistake! I had to cancel my install due to a family emergency. I rescheduled for Dec 24th in the morning. I inquired if this was a valid install date as I had to drive 5 hours to this location. I never got a call and nobody showed. I was put on hold and then dropped after a long explanation. No callback. I finally reached a good agent and we were able to reschedule and verify a good date and time, but I had to drive another 5 hours back to my vacation home. I got a call while I was there and the company had to reschedule as they did not do installs on the day of my install. FORTUNATELY, it was only 1 day and I did not have to drive back out. The installers worked quickly LATE (6PM ish and 1 was experienced, the other not. I thought all was going well, but after the installer left, I noticed that the right side of the dishwasher sticks out farther from the cabinet than the left side. Also, the installer told me that the newer dishwasher lower front does not extend all the way to the existing cabinets and that there is no panel for it. INSTALLATION Rating ...1 for the valiant efforts of the installers to get out as quickly as possible! ( They still had several jobs to complete after mine!!??) I only had a chance to run the dishwasher once. It was quiet ( except for the noise coming from the front exposed panel and sure did hold A LOT of dishes. I think I will be happy with this dishwasher

Micro wave easy to use, lot of room for a counter depth frigerator, dishwasher very quit can't tell it's running, have not used stove yet. So far very pleased.

The Bose dishwasher is so quiet, you have to look at it to make sure it's really operating. It gets dishes clean; it uses minimal soap, but requires using a drying agent or it nags you to add it. The two problems I perceive are 1.) It is hard to load. There are many different places to put dishes in it, but it's hard to actually get the dishes properly situated. The diagrams the manual uses seem to use midget dishes because mine don't fit where they are shown. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it. I hope so. 2.) The lower rack does not have track it's entire length as it's pulled out. As a result unless you're very careful it will tip and fall off the area where it's supposed to roll, and the dishes in it will relocate themselves. Then you have to use both hands to coax the shelf back into proper position. The problem is the track ends on the floor before it gets to the door, and doesn't start on the door until the rack is into the door a bit. Making sure the door is completely open helps, but doesn't solve the problem.
