Courteous & Professional installation of my new dishwasher!

I felt bad for the installer since he was working on his own to install our new kitchen appliances. The dishwasher is not in straight so I will have to monitor the first “use” carefully to make sure it does not leak! The dishwasher seems a bit cheap.

The installer came in my house and took measurements before he could begin. unfortunately my kitchen space was not right so the d/w had to be returned for another that would fit

The installation team arrived on time and got to work quickly. The lead member of the two-person installation team grumbled as he worked. When the installation was finished he informed me that "an O-ring under the kitchen sink had broken" in the process of installation but he was not able or authorized to fix it since it called for a plumber. (We then proceeded to hire a private plumber to come repair the leak that was caused during the dishwasher installation). The team hauled away the old dishwasher efficiently. The second man on the team was very personable. Past appliance installations by Best Buy have always been excellent; this was the exception.

It’s an install. Went well nothing incorrect so far. Fingers crossed.

Installer was in time. Installed the machine in less than one hour.
