Guys showed up on time. Very respectful towards property was handled with care.

The installers did a very nice job installing our new dish washer. He was very courteous and helpful. He made sure that the unit was installed properly.

Although the installers arrived on time they did NOT have all the parts for the installation. They suggested another install date and I stated the dishwasher MUST be installed that day. I called the store to complain and the manager made sure the installers came back with everything they needed for the installation.

Wife is in love with this thing. Plays music when done door releases when finished to help with drying. Touchscreen buttons are nice feature. Cleans great

Only one installer showed. Said he hurt his back and couldn't get dishwasher up the stairs (even though I told sales person kitchen is on 2nd floor). Didn't get why that was legitimate excuse. In the end they found a second person and installed in the time window they gave me, after multiple calls.

The 3rd party installers were excellent and able to figure out potential issues with ease.

The original installation was good until it was brought to my attention a piece was missing from the dishwasher which resulted in scheduling another installation date and time.

Be aware that you need to make appointments for delivery installation and haul away.

The installers arrived on time and did a clean and neat installation of the dishwasher. They disposed of the old dishwasher and were done quickly.

The technician installed the dishwasher and answered all questions concerning the install. The technician cleaned the work area and removed all the packaging for the dishwasher.

Quick easy and courteous. The installer even let me know that my previous microwave was not venting out side properly and opened the vent which had some how gotten closed.
