The installers from Quality Kitchens were awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Took some time to find the water shut off for dishwasher but the installation was smooth and what I thought was going to be a difficult task they made look easy.

Installers were on time and as promised. They worked together and were here and gone in no time. Excellent service.

I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher with installation service from Best Buy. After the BestBuy technicians installed it, I noticed 2 scretches from the incorrectly screwed screwes on the service panel. I was upset, but didn't complain, as I noticed that when the job was done and they left the building. But that wasn't the biggest problem. After 3-4 cycles of operation, the dishwasher stopped working properly, causing constant short circuits. I called BestBuy customer service and was told that the problem should be fixed by the manufacturer. When the manufacturer's technician arrived, he found out that the dishwasher cable was poorly screwed on when installing the device, which caused constant short circuits. I am incredibly frustrated because I paid $180 for professional installation but ended up with additional damages, problems and a dangerous appliance situation. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, since the unprofessional services of BestBuy technicians in installing the dishwasher endangered the health of my family and the integrity of my property. I do NOT recommend to use these services! P.S. I have photos with burnt cables, but wasn't able to add it to this review for some reason.

Installers arrived on time and installed the dishwasher With no problems. They cleaned up the area and were very courteous.

Called back the original installers after the we called in for a service to a noice on the door.

The third party company that came to install was horrible. IF you get an appliance with installation make sure it is with the Best Buy crew and not contracted out. Not speaking bad against all third party contractors but the one I received was horrible. Outside of the time window and did not have the piece to complete install. Best Buy was amazing, great appliance and refunded the installation services immediately. I will order from them in the future but just a poor experience with the delivery / installation company.

Ronnie installed nicely the dishwasher. He also Cared about the COVID safety. As well, he did great follow up.

They liked my dog so that was a plus. Had to wait for the other guy to get washer in the house, but they did put the old unit in the garage for pickup by charity.
