The person who did my install was great. He came at the scheduled time. He was also able to fit the dishwasher in a very tight area. Really appreciate how this all went.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER! The unit died after only 2 years. Now I am stuck with Samsung because it matches the rest of my appliances. Go elsewhere do not buy Samsung. Also, Best Buy customer services is useless. They could not tell me over the phone if the dimessions were the same across all Samsung dishwashers (and this is their business). The depth specs differ ever so slightly and they had to send someone out to "look at it and measure" UH NO they didn't. The technician confirmed what I suspect and all dishwashers are meant to fit a 24" counter depth. There is a plate on the back that they can remove if it needs to be adjusted by and inch+. I talked to three people at Best Buy and they couldn't tell me that. I am going to buy from an appliance store..... It's near impossible to find anything that doesn't have a touch pad. The installers did a great job. They discussed what they were going to do, did the work quickly and showed me what they did afterward. I was very happy with their service.

I was so pleased that the installers did such a great job They had to cut floor tile that was in the way. Big problem made easy ! Thanks so much!

Im truly happy with my Dishwasher installation. I purchased my dishwasher elsewhere and had only the best to install.

This will vary from location to location. I cannot vouch for any but the Little Rock area. They did a good job. It is well worth the cost to have it done right.

Install people spotted what could be a potential electrical problem. Made suggestions. We had problem corrected and our kitchen is much safer. They were wonderful.

The installation wasnt that great. The installer basically just pushed the dishwasher into area where it went and left. He left us to plug it in, said that wasn't what he was qualified for, and told us to take back the plug that came with the washer. When we did go to return it because it was an extra cost, we were told that we had to have that part for the warranty. So the plug that HAD to be purchased with the dishwasher is sitting in our closet and has been for the last year. There has been a couple of repair jobs to the dishwasher since and not having that plug on the washer has never been an issue with the warranty.

The installers were great. They took great care .very respectfull,and explained the appliance.
