I was lucky to get the installer team that installed my dishwasher. They were polite, professional, and took good care of unloading, unpacking, and installing my dishwasher.

The 3rd party installers were excellent and able to figure out potential issues with ease.

Look else where for installation please save your self the time and go with another company. Never have I had so much issues with getting a big appliance installed like this. I think it was partially the third party that best buy hired out that caused so much trouble but none the less I had to wait 2 weeks longer than originally scheduled. On top of that they stood me up twice and had to reschedule plans and miss parties to obligate 3 evenings to this. The only reason I give them a 2 star instead of 1 is because I reached out to best buy to let them know what was going on and they tried to make up for it. When they finally showed up things went smooth. Dishwasher is working good just truly do not plan to do installation with best buy again.

I don't always like getting parts separate from the appliances purchased and delivered but it came as the installers needed and was able to use.

Serviceman was courteous, conscientious and efficient. Was very patient with my questions and explained all of the features. I was very pleased.

Top control so a bit inconvenient compared to the ones with front control

Let's see if they can remedy this. Their subcontractor installed our new $2k Thermador dishwasher yesterday. The tech started to run it before checking the racks' functionality and the unit's inside for parts. Then he just left. After it ran, we found a sealed pack of Finish and a random part that we're not sure where it goes. Worst of all, the main top rack isn't aligned properly and scrapes the inner casing when you force it to close. I'm calling today to complain and get someone back out to look at it. I'm sort of glad they installed it so they know how bad their subs are. Not sure that will matter really.

The installation was a ridiculous fiasco; however, it was NOT Best Buy's fault. It was the fault of the plumbing company that was to do the installation. They sent out a plumber who did the plumbing, but was not a Master Plumber and could not do the electrical so the appliance was connected by an extension cord to a kitchen outlet for nearly two weeks. When the Master Plumber arrived the installation was completed in a fine manner. The problem was the plumbing company sent an unqualified person to do the work. As stated, this was NOT BEST BUY'S FAULT, and Best Buy made sure the work was completed once they were made aware of the problem. We have no gripe against Best Buy. I would recommend this to a friend only because of Best Buy's efficiency in handling the situation and not because the plumbing company was good.

The two men were great at there job. Very detailed in what they did. Reviewed the operation of the washer when it was installed and removed the old washer.

Jason did a wonderful job on the install. He explained much about the workings of this dishwasher, Very knowledgeable and friendly.

They struggled a bit because of the fit, then realized that the water line needed an extension. Charged me extra on top of what I already paid for installation. Not a good experience with this one.

They come, they just put the machine in the whole, they connect the water but they didn’t connect The drain hose saying they didn’t have one piece to finish the job Asking me to go buy the piece to finish the job later.they could not even run the the test because the drain hose was connected. Then the machine was crooked making The door not closing even and hitting the sides. I talk to the guy about it and he said. that is how the machine factory make them so I didn’t say anything anymore. Yes, it was disappointing, but the machine is great after my husband finish the installation.

Very satisfied with the dishwasher installers. They did their work cleanly, in a timely manner and they were helpful and courteous.

So glad we decided to get the installation instead of trying to do it ourselves. The guy did a great job and it took less time than I thought it would.
