The guys came and did a great job! The fit was tight but they figured it out and set up the new dishwasher for me!

The install team did a great job. My husband is very particular and always ensures the installs are done right. He was very happy with the team.

They installed the new dishwasher without any problems. They did state that they cannot reuse the old connections and that is why I had to buy new connectors.

Install was scheduled between 4 and 8 pm. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate it. At 9:03 am the installer called and said he'd be here between 11 and 1, so I rearranged that part of my day. He never showed up until 6:30 that evening. He never said a word about his late arrival till I brought it up saying that he certainly could have called again to tell me about the delay. He never admitted he should have called, just said: "I apologize". The dishwasher is working wonderfully, but the install wasted my entire day. It would have been a lot better had he never called in the first place. I ended up buying a new microwave but declined installation for that reason.

The guys who installed the dishwasher were very efficient and were able to answer all my questions. I love this product.

My dishwasher was an "open box" item but did not have any discernible scratches. My only complaint was that it did not come with an owner's handbook, must have got lost.
