My installers were very nice, did a great job, left my house clean and kept me from worrying when I was unsure if my dishwasher would fit. Highly recommend.

They liked my dog so that was a plus. Had to wait for the other guy to get washer in the house, but they did put the old unit in the garage for pickup by charity.

The tech was informative and efficient. Friendly and courteous. The old dishwasher was out and the new one in without any glitches. Great service.

The installation of my dishwasher was OK. It could have been a better experience, but with the coronavirus going on I understand.

The installer was on-time, courteous, wore a mask, and appeared to do a good job. Unfortunately, a week after the install, I've discovered that the dishwasher isn't well-secured under the cabinet and so it tips forward when the drawers are opened.

I don't always like getting parts separate from the appliances purchased and delivered but it came as the installers needed and was able to use.

Serviceman was courteous, conscientious and efficient. Was very patient with my questions and explained all of the features. I was very pleased.

Installation went perfectly. Thanks to Tom ( independent contractor for Best Buy), install was completed in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

I would give it zero stars if I could -- unreal customer service. No call - no show first day of delivery/install. Rescheduled because had to - then they skipped next install day because they thought it was delivered but not installed - finally third time is a charm but they scheduled the instillation before the delivery or removal -- which were all scheduled for different days three days apart. Cant make this up -- finally returned everything because didn't want a product that had been tossed around in a warehouse or on a moving truck - even tho I doubt it ever left the original location. Chris and Jerry were nice enough in trying to reschedule but both went on vacation so I was stuck with my 5th "expert" -- that seemed like enough. Best Buy manager couldn't have cared less about my troubles and gave me a refund - as if it happens all the time. Hope Im the exception not the rule.

the service was above and beyond the guys were amazing and made sure we were super happy with the great job they did
