Did an excellent job installing dishwasher .They were very efficient came up n time.

Prompt & thorough. We were very pleased with father & son installation.

Install was scheduled between 4 and 8 pm. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate it. At 9:03 am the installer called and said he'd be here between 11 and 1, so I rearranged that part of my day. He never showed up until 6:30 that evening. He never said a word about his late arrival till I brought it up saying that he certainly could have called again to tell me about the delay. He never admitted he should have called, just said: "I apologize". The dishwasher is working wonderfully, but the install wasted my entire day. It would have been a lot better had he never called in the first place. I ended up buying a new microwave but declined installation for that reason.

The technician that came and installed my new dishwasher was very professional. he was in and out in under an hour and took the old dishwasher with him.

They installed the new dishwasher without any problems. They did state that they cannot reuse the old connections and that is why I had to buy new connectors.

Received email when installation was scheduled and received multiple updates. Was contacted by installer as he was "on the way". Very professional.

Great installer. Overcame problems from prior installation 20 years ago and did a great job. Even called and checked to make sure everything was running fine.
