Was emailed that they would be there between 8 and noon. Arrived at 12:30 after getting angry with them for not being there when promised. When they called to tell me when they would be there they stated they just got done with their noon to 4 appointments. What! I was scheduled for 8-noon. Called to complain to delivery department and was offered a $25.00 gift card. Called back to ask for installation charges on two items to be refunded as well. They said store would need to do it and store stated they delivery/installation group would need to do it. No refund just the $25.00 for being late and me missing an appointment that was scheduled for well after they would have been done if arriving during original time frame that was given. Also screws that were installed came out of dishwasher and had to contact Geek Squad to fix.

I love the looks and quietness of this unit. I am disappointed in easy cleaning loads of dishes that are routinely gritty after the cleaning cycle. I love the white color! White is definitely brighter than the institutional look of a stainless product.

Two installers did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher. They were also very personable and gave me a short tutorial on how to use it.

The guys that installed my new dishwasher where great. They cleaned up and made sure they explained everything to me and made sure everything worked.

They never finished the install. There were a total of 7 installation appointments. First one the dishwasher was broken. Next two got cancelled because dishwasher hasn't arrived. One got cancelled because of bad weather somewhere else. They brought the new one and "installed" it but then told me the water line wasn't long enough. They said they'd try to use the existing line, but that ended up having a leak. That's the one thing that wasn't their fault. Then they said they'd order the correct line and come back to install it. They never did. I call best buy and they say that if the standard line doesn't work then they're not responsible. But they did say they would talk to the 3rd party installation company to try to resolve and call me back. They never did. I ordered my own line and am trying to get a plumber over to finish the installation. Never buying from best buy again. Been an elite and then total customer for years. $10s of thousands of dollars spent over the years and their customer service is atrocious.
