Whirlpool dish washer Best Buy was very professional and polite, overall a fine experience

The guys who installed my new dish washer were friendly, professional and great at what they did. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Very prompt, efficient, professional. Could not hxx as we went any better.

Installation team was very knowledgeable & aware of my concerns.

Although they told me they would be there at 11 am did not get there till almost 1:30 the install went perfect they just need to work on their timing.

My old dishwasher was ponding water and the installers seem pretty frustrated because of it. They asked for towels I wanted to drain the water to prevent it from spilling all over the floor but they insisted om towels. i was unaware it had water in it but I was buy a new one because of the old one was giving me problems. The towels were just left in the floor and I had to drag them through my house which I was trying to prevent by draining. I guess it was easy for them but more work for me. I would have drained myself but I don't think they had the time or patients. but other than that the install was well and they showed me how to use it. Thanks

And they had to get the dishwasher up several flights of stairs. they did so with complaining! Installer explained everything. Very nice man.

This was the best! Not an easy installation but these guys were up for it. They did a wonderful job!

Person barked at my dog from the driveway and of course being a German Shepherd she went into guard dog mode and it took me 15 minutes to calm her down and get her into another room, Then I had a leak?that I couldn't actually see myself and it picture was taken? And it cost me an extra $95 for the installation to fix the leak There's more but I don't have enough words only 50 characters are allowed ><

Installers were knowledgeable. Worked quickly. Showed me every aspect of how dishwasher worked and gave helpful tips and recommendations.

They did a good job. They were polite and left everything clean.

The installer fellows were great! Fast, cleaned up any messes, and explained the new machine to us.
