Very experienced installers quick and neat no mess glad they came and did a great job

The two guys who came to install the dishwasher did a great job - even had to put in an electrical outlet to connect the dishwasher (the old one was almost 20 years old and was hard wired. We really like our new GE Cafe two drawer dishwasher.

The men who did the installation were professional in every way. Arrived on time, removed old appliances and allowed me time to clean floors before bringing in the new appliances. Rate their service as 10/10 New appliances were properly installed and checked before leaving.

Great installation of a dishwasher that broke immediately after. Scheduling is a disaster however.

I replaced an LG dishwasher that was 1 year old due to mechanical problems with a Bosch dishwasher . The only problem I have is any metal pots that have food on it, will not get totally clean if in lower rack, cleans all other dishes or silverware on lower rack. Metal pans will clean completely on upper rack. The third rack for longer utensils is really helpful and everything is really clean. It's extremely quite and if not for the end of cycle I wouldn't know it was even through. The two guys who installed the dishwasher did a great job, plus Best Buy really made it a great experience going through the process of replacing the first dishwasher.

The installation was fast,efficiency was awesome. Worked great happy we all are.Workers were awesome.

I was wholeheardely impressed by the installation techs that installed my 2 Whirlpool dishwashers! They were very professional, friendly and answered any of my questions I asked. You can't go wrong if you need your appliances installed by BestBuy staff.

Professional work, installation looks and works well. Only 4 stars because they charged an additional 160 dollars to install a plug. I believe that should be included in the price considering it is my belief that most dishwashers are hard wired in. Overall glad I made the purchase. I still would recommend even with the additional charge.

Ordered Feb 5 received on April 14th. Installer notice on installation that the unit was malfunctioning. Unit needed to be replaced 3-week delay but installation went fine. machine works well

The men who came to install my dishwasher were super professional and I have 0 complaints. They had to install an outlet which involved drilling my cabinets and they cleaned up the dust and everything before installing the new dishwasher. They explained all the functions of the dishwasher before hauling our old one away as well. Would highly reccomend.

I did have to wait until my kitchen was renovated and it took about 2 months, but I received multiple phone calls about delivery date, which I had to postpone quite a few times. When it came time to install the person was punctual and very polite and did a wonderful job. My new dishwasher works fantastic.

Great crew that came to instal the Dishwasher, Looks fantastic and is so quiet that at first I thought it was not working. All in all a beautiful addition to the kitchen.

The installer, Maurice, did the installation by himself and he is outstanding. Not only was the installation perfect, he took plenty of time to go over all the instructions with us, and made sure everything was working properly. Our sister in law came over the next day and commented what a nice job he did. She had just bought a dishwasher at an appliance store and said our installer did a better job. If you buy from Best Buy, hope you get this guy!

The dishwasher install team was great! They were efficient and it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were like a well-oiled machine and I had complete confidence that the job was being done right. A bonus was that they were friendly and pleasant to interact with. If I could, I'd request this same team for future appliance installs.

The installation crew was in and out in less than an hour. Everything was installed properly and professionally. Then we got a complete explanation and demonstration on the dishwasher’s operation. Job well done.
