Another appliance replacement by Best Buy. This one went fine even though it was unexpected.

Install was included as part of Bosch dishwasher purchase. The installers made quick work of this task. Left no mess and no issues after install

Nice guy. A bit Covid paranoid. Wearing a mask and hoodie. I’d understand if you would not want this guy in your house coming in where you can’t see his head. A little uneasy feeling that I was letting an axe murderer in my house. Install was mediocre. He didn’t tighten up the hose that goes to garbage disposal. That ended up leaking and I had to grab a screwdriver and fix it myself. He also left my garage disposal and wireless sink unplugged. I’d feel sorry for the person that had no idea how to fix what he didn’t complete.

We had to purchase this for the new dishwasher installation. The Best Buy service guys were very quick and professional.

This review contains several case numbers related to this order and another that were supposed to be delivered and installed at the same time. After being harassed to schedule the delivery, it was a no show. After several phone calls and way to much time on the phone, now we have all our appliances but the communication definitely needs vast improvements. Case: 330237631, 329212478, 331253811. There could be more case numbers with this order if the original dishwasher warranty was cancelled when a new one was ordered to replace 1 missing part. The installers said they did not want to take out the original new one because of the custom panel that may not fit as well being reinstalled on a different machine. Missed days from work and numerous phone calls with at least 20 plus minutes for each one made the free install not worth it!!!! Was told there would be compensation from Best Buy for time off work with no shows, etc. See and review the claims attached.

Installation crew called before arrival. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything.
