Installer arrived on time and everything went according to plan. Removed old dishwasher and installed new one in about 1.5 hours.

They did not install my dishwasher because they need permits from the city. That is not something we were aware before hand. My advice is to review with your city in case you need a special permit.

They never finished the install. There were a total of 7 installation appointments. First one the dishwasher was broken. Next two got cancelled because dishwasher hasn't arrived. One got cancelled because of bad weather somewhere else. They brought the new one and "installed" it but then told me the water line wasn't long enough. They said they'd try to use the existing line, but that ended up having a leak. That's the one thing that wasn't their fault. Then they said they'd order the correct line and come back to install it. They never did. I call best buy and they say that if the standard line doesn't work then they're not responsible. But they did say they would talk to the 3rd party installation company to try to resolve and call me back. They never did. I ordered my own line and am trying to get a plumber over to finish the installation. Never buying from best buy again. Been an elite and then total customer for years. $10s of thousands of dollars spent over the years and their customer service is atrocious.

Bestbuy’s installers are known for unreliable. We have had so many problems with them once again including this installation. The first one was a no show. Second came but with arrogant attitude. He didn’t mount the machine correctly so it left a gap on top. We requested a replacement & the third installer was a little better.

They called before they came, well within my scheduled appointment time. Quickly removed my old dishwasher, and just as quickly installed the new one.
