We have Total Tech and expected for our new dishwasher to be installed for the advertised cost. But installation was MUCH more because we "required" upgrades to our electrical outlet even though we had an existing dishwasher that had passed code and a home inspection in a house re bought a little over a year prior. Total Tech seemed like a waste of money in this case. BUYER BEWARE. You are at the mercy of the installer. Would have been FAR cheaper to do the entire job myself. It's not rocket science.
