The dishwasher we purchased was installed by an experienced crew of two men. They took out our old dishwasher and were careful not to do damage to our cabinets or floor in the process. They prepared the space for our beautiful new diswasher making sure wiring was up to date. It went in beautifully and was connected to the plumbing. It was fully tested before they left. We appreciated that they took all necessary covid safety precautions.

Did a good job of installation. Did not take very long to complete the job.

Best Buy installed a Bosche dishwasher without any probelms. There were some initial things that needed to be done before install and they pretty much spelled it out what needed to be done --- easy.

The dishwasher installation was done well and I was satisfied with the technician’s work. However, he said he changed the garbage disposal order to hardwire but a garbage disposal with a plug was redelivered.

The two guys, who installed my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher were...efficient, knowledgeable, personable, worked quickly, explained everything that they were doing, during the installation. They showed me how to use the new dishwasher, and ran it, to see it all worked well, as it did. I would highly recommend these guys for any dishwasher installation. They cleaned up any mess made, from removing the old dishwasher, and took it away. The Best Buy, Geeks are the greatest and I always have them do my installations, to products purchased at Best Buy.

Our installer, Sean, was very good, and the dishwasher install went smoothly. The old was disconnected and removed, and the new installed. Some people have concerns with their dishwasher being hardwired. It was no issue here. I wish I could say the same for the gas range install, but this one was worth paying for. I have done these myself in the past and hate doing them. I was happy to have someone else get it done easily.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable! He has been at this for many years, had the old out and the new one in in very short order. Was very careful of my cabinets and floors and cleaned up everything beautifully. He then showed me the settings he prefers to use when he uses this same dishwasher, and he was right on. He recommended dry powder detergent as he said the liquid coats the inside of the washer and is therefore hard to clean. It's nice to know that Best Buy has great appliances, competitive prices AND qualified experts to install. Buy with confidence.

Love this dishwasher. Washes and dries great and is well organized. I’m able to get much more items in this washer compared to my last. I love love love the 3rd rack too. The men who installed it did a wonderful job. They were so careful with my wood floors, cabinets and granite counter tops. Very professional installation

Two installers showed up, rolled up their sleeves and went to work. The dishwasher was installed perfectly and the guys cleaned everything up in a snap and hauled away my old dishwasher Fantastic experience.

The installer did an excellent job getting the new dishwasher installed. He tested it to make sure it worked and there were no leaks.

Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. They are untrustworthy and unqualified. When they arrived to install this dishwasher first they claimed I needed to buy their install package (hoses, etc) for around $50 even though I had already bought one from Best Buy at the time I purchased the dishwasher (costing somewhere between $30-50 as well). The install team then complained about the placement of the dishwasher saying it was too far from the sink and that it really should be a foot or two closer. I then agreed to buy their “longer” hose since it felt like they had me at gunpoint and wouldn’t do the install unless I agreed. They then claimed that the water shut off valves under the sink weren’t good and would make it impossible to install the dishwasher… but they would be willing to replace the shut off valves for around $200. I knew this to be a complete and utter lie as I had used the water shut off valves multiple times in the past week to turn off the water to the old dishwasher to determine that we needed a new one. I also had a guy out to look at the old dishwasher who also had used the shutoff valves. There was absolutely nothing wrong with these valves and I have used them many times since to turn off the water so I could do other repairs to the sink and refrigerator. There was absolutely no problem at all with the valves and this was simply the Premier Logistics guys trying to scam extra money during the install from my elderly parents. Once I refused to replace the valves they said they’d “try to do the install” but weren’t sure how it would go. After they finished the install and left I attempted to do a load of dishes. The dishwasher immediately started leaking and flooding the kitchen. I called Premier Logistics and immediately complained. At first they tried to schedule an appointment several days later but I demanded they come back that day. Several hours later the Premier Logistics showed back up and seemed a bit annoyed to be here again. Once they started taking things a part the one installer admitted they used the wrong size hose (this would be the hose they forced me to buy from them before they would start the installation). I then asked the installer if we should dry out the area under the dishwasher since it had just been flooded to which he responded “uh…you could…it’s not really a big deal”. So he changed the hose, put the dishwasher back in place and didn’t dry anything not even with a rag or towel. I made him stay well into a dishwashing cycle this time before I let him leave. I believe it was the next day I got a call either from Best Buy or Premier Logistics asking “how did we do?” at which point I unloaded about how I had been charged extra money for a 2nd install package, the attempted scam of the valves, the flooding of the kitchen, and the overall bad attitude. Not long after this call I got called by the installer multiple times (probably 5 calls). I don’t know if he was calling to apologize. I don’t know if he was calling because he was mad I gave him a bad review. I had nothing to say to him at that point. On top of all this, it turns out they did a bad job of physically installing the dishwasher. The door kept having trouble latching properly until I took out 2 screws that the installers had used to fasten the dishwasher to the counter. Now the door has no problem at all. This was my 2nd experience with Premier Logistics. They had installed an over the stove microwave (also from Best Buy) a year earlier and also sent an incompetent team out for that. During that install one of the installers cut himself and bled all over my kitchen. Premier Logistics are a bunch of shady unqualified clowns. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else.

Overall, the dishwasher works well, but I find the top rack silverware tray is a bit restricting compared to my Bosch model. Install (and replacement install) went very well. Installers were very polite and efficient.

Micro wave easy to use, lot of room for a counter depth frigerator, dishwasher very quit can't tell it's running, have not used stove yet. So far very pleased.

The Bose dishwasher is so quiet, you have to look at it to make sure it's really operating. It gets dishes clean; it uses minimal soap, but requires using a drying agent or it nags you to add it. The two problems I perceive are 1.) It is hard to load. There are many different places to put dishes in it, but it's hard to actually get the dishes properly situated. The diagrams the manual uses seem to use midget dishes because mine don't fit where they are shown. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it. I hope so. 2.) The lower rack does not have track it's entire length as it's pulled out. As a result unless you're very careful it will tip and fall off the area where it's supposed to roll, and the dishes in it will relocate themselves. Then you have to use both hands to coax the shelf back into proper position. The problem is the track ends on the floor before it gets to the door, and doesn't start on the door until the rack is into the door a bit. Making sure the door is completely open helps, but doesn't solve the problem.

Installation was done by a third party just like home depot and Lowes. The installation went fine but they broke my irrigation pipe while backing up the trailer on my driveway. They accepted the fault and the owner of the installation company came twice to get the irrigation pipe fixed.

We purchased the same model number two years ago for another property that we own. So we were happy to discover that the model was still available. We are completely satisfied with our Whirlpool dishwasher.
