My renters said the delivery guy installed left no mess and took care of all their needs

The Bosch 800 series is the model to pick. I researched the 300 and 500 but the 800 gives you just enough of everything you need in a dishwasher.

He hooked it up with no problems! I like the controls being on top of the dishwasher and not on the front!

Got the job done but it was an awful experience. Installer was cussing the whole time, made a big mess that I had to clean up, and cut unwanted additional holes in my cabinets.

Installation went great. The guys were very professional and did a great job.

I cannot rate this dishwasher because my dishwasher has not yet been installed. When they delivered the dishwasher they found that the didn’t have the mounting brackets. I also had a copper line for my water line and the installers said that Best Buy would not allow them to hook up to the copper line. So I don’t have an installed dishwasher yet. I tried to call Best Buy about the mounting brackets and I was on hold for 40 minutes before I actually got to talk to a human. When someone answered I asked to speak to Brandon who had sold me my dishwasher. They transferred me to the appliance departments and it just rang and rang. And eventually a recording came on that said the store was closed. This was at 1:00 in the afternoon! So I called KitchenAid and was on hold for over an hour. I had to email them a copy of my receipt to prove I actually bought the dishwasher. Since the email didn’t get to them quickly they told me I would have to call back later. I called back later and was on hold for 58 minutes before I finally got to talk to someone. My mounting brackets are supposed to be coming but will take 7-10 business days. I ordered the stainless steel braided dishwasher cable that the installers said I needed to buy. I had bought the installation kit!! No telling when I will actually be able to get my dishwasher installed. I bought it on Aug 9 and they came to install it on September 2. Now I have to wait till the parts come in and get in the queue again for installation! Not happy!!

We are very happy with the installer that put in our new dishwasher. He was very thorough and cleaned up after his work.

Installer was prompt, courteous and respectful for our flooring.
