BB delivered 2 and both were broken before 1st wash. The installers kept cancelling. After a total of 7 weeks they finally decided to show up and install the product. On button did not work and they had to schedule yet another time to come out. They. Cancelled installation 2 more times until they finally showed up and installed the 2nd washer. Which also did not work. I sold it to a second hand store and bought one at Home Depot. Installed and working within a week. The product from Best Buy was defective. The installers were very unprofessional and cancelled often. This is the second time I’ve experienced this with Best Buy. First time I bought a washer and dryer with the installers canceling multiple times before showing up. My words of advice :- Proceed with caution on major appliances. To this day Best Buy would not accept responsibility for poor service and multiple cancellations by the contractors they hired to deliver and install their products.

Order this product in store and was delivered to house within a week. Installation was professional and everything works wonderfully!

Very nice and professional. Quickly removed old dishwasher and hauled away. Balanced new ubit, checked for leaks. Very clean.

BB wired incorrectly. Had to have GE come &fix it.

Paul was on time and very nice to work with at the time of the install, however upon first use of the dishwasher after he was down I had trouble closing the door to the dishwasher and soon realized the alignment of the appliance install was not right. I tried to contact Paul to fix the problem but other than telling me what I needed to do to fix it, he did not offer any assistance or way to reschedule someone to come fix the problem. Probably better off with a company that has more thorough customer service that will follow-up in case of any install issues,

Geek squad arrived on time and was finished in under 45 minutes. Machine has been running without any problems since install.

Great communication with ETA. Dishwasher installed and tested. The old one and all trash was packed up and taken away.
