BUYER BEWARE: Do not buy the products from Best Buy if you are relying on them to honor their Price Match Guarantee in case the price of the item goes down within few days of purchase. Especially before major events like labor day etc. They advertise this "Price Match Guarantee" in a generic way but do not call out any where clearly that it is limited to only 15 days. If that is the case they should be bold and honest enough to write "15-day Price Match Guarantee" on their site clearly for customers. I spent hours with their instore and online support on getting clarification on this policy that even they could not clearly articulate was limited to 15 day period. This dishwasher installed here got reduced by nearly $150 in just a few days of purchase and best buy refused to price match it. Furthermore, I eagerly gave a good review about best buy experience and after above issue wanted to edit my review so other customers are aware of this misleading price match guarantee but they would not let me revise my rating or review on their site. I had to post this updated review on dishwasher installation area instead. I had even foolishly purchased their total support package assuming that would give me some additional member benefits but even that has no effect in assuring any good quality service or resolving above issues. Costco, BJs, Sam's club memberships are cheaper and provide far better price match and member ship benefits. This was my first appliance purchase from Best Buy and I have never had these kind of issues with other big box stores and I will continue to stick with them and avoid Best Buy for future. Even though the installation did not happen due to the dishwasher being damaged once the box was opened, Mr. Hugo notices it right away. His attention to detail was impressive.

wrong dishwasher was installed. 3 times technician came to dellver correct dishwasher. first time they did not know the worng dishwasher had been installed and that was not their skill set. Second time they came with the same wrong dishwasher to exchange..... unbelievable mismanagement
