I had Best Buy come in and install my new dishwasher and they did a great job. I don't have the time to be working on all my home projects so I decided to have Best Buy install my dishwasher and it saved me a ton of time. They were on-time, professional and most importantly the dishwasher works flawlessly. If you're like me and you don't have time for projects because of a busy schedule, then you might want to consider Best Buy techs who know how to install your purchase for you right the first time.

They delivered the dishwasher and put it in the kitchen.They were walking off when I asked about the free installation and they said what free installation?Long story short it was not installed for another week but it works well.Apparently the sales did not push the free installation button on the computer after a few calls it was fixed a week later!

They did a good job even though they had to do it twice because of an issue they were though and helpful and made it easy to deal with

Installers called and advised they were on their way and they were on time within the time they said they would be. They both worked in tandem to remove the old dishwasher and also set up the new dishwasher using the install kit that had to be purchased. After getting the new dishwasher ready for installing, they secured it in place and connected it to the plumbing. They turned it on and checked for leaks and explained the various features on it went over the manual briefly. They removed the old one and debris. Job well done !!!

The installer Alex was very good neat and clean and installed it and ran it to make sure that it was OK he also called the office to tell them that I did not need the electric piece I bought because I did have electric dad the sales person told me to buy it just in case if I didn’t have it from years ago. Then the office called me and told me they would refund me the money and I would see it deducted in a few days on the bill

The installation was great. They were courteous and efficient. It didn’t take long and they explained how to run it, addressed all the different functions on the inside and were very helpful. And the dishwasher is wonderful!
