After doing business with a great Virginia Best Buy for many years, we attempted to purchase several appliances for our new home in Wilmington, NC. The first delivery was scheduled for July 17. No attempt was made to contact us before the scheduled delivery and the delivery person/installer simply did not show up. Upon calling the store the following day, I was connected to Alexis, who claimed to be the appliance customer service manager. She told me the security guard at the entrance to our neighborhood refused admittance to the installer, which we learned was a lie. When I asked to have he appliance delivered she rudely informed me it was not possible and that the installer only delivered dish washers Tuesdays and Fridays and lived too far from the store to make a delivery that day. Alexis made absolutely no attempt to be of any help whatsoever so I instructed her to cancel all our orders which she did not do. We are still short a 200.00 charge. Later that day I checked the guards log at the security entrance where there was no entry for an attempted Best Buy delivery. Quite obviously, the installer decided he did not want to honor the delivery as it was late in the evening and Alexis did nothing to solve the problem. We have submitted a fraud complaint to our credit card company to resolve the issue of Best Buy not returning our entire deposit.

They hooked it up wrong and i had to pay out of pocket for the right way. I want refund on installation cost

I ordered 3 LG appliances which were delivered and installed. The dryer never worked and was replaced. Now within the 15 day replacement period the dishwasher has AE code. I have spoken with BestBuy and an exchange was to happen today. Well, a driver delivered a dishwasher but doesnt install. He left the dishwasher and has since picked it back up. I am washing dishes by hand waiting on BestBuy. What I would like is to exchange the LG's for Maytag.
