The installer took quite a while. He didn’t have rags with him. And we noticed after he left that the dishwasher is sticking out slightly on one side. He was friendly though.

You don't need to know where the screws go to how your dishwasher in place, or anything else about installation.

Through various problems it took nearly 6 weeks to get my dishwasher. 1) The specifications on one of the appliances I ordered was not correct online so we needed to delay delivery to accommodate canceling and reordering. 2) My parents phone number was called for all updates (was attached to my rewards card) despite me specifically giving my cell number. This meant my mother needed to call me with messages from Best Buy and the delivery people. 3) Delivery was scheduled from 8am-12pm. Less than 48hrs before delivery they call my parents house (see #2 above) to change to 12pm-4pm. I was leaving for business that evening and had already taken the day off from work for the delivery. I called BestBuy and they said it would still be 8am-12pm. 4) The day before delivery my parents again received a call saying delivery would be 12pm-4pm. I called the delivery group, explained the situation and was told they would be there around noon as I was the third delivery scheduled. I kept the appointment but told them to call my cell phone if there would be a delay. 5) The day of the delivery at 12:30pm there was no call or delivery. I called the shipping people and they said i was actually the 7th delivery and they were only on the third and that they would not be at my house until 4pm. Luckily my mother (bless her soul) was able to come to my house early as she was taking care of my two kids (ages 2 and 4). We kept the delivery. 6) By 5:45pm the delivery truck was still not there. My neighbor had to come to the house to keep and eye out as my kids needed to be picked up from daycare. At 6:45pm my mother received a call saying they were at the house and she wasn't letting them in. The delivery truck was at the wrong house (wrong postal code). 7) The delivery crew was at my house until 9pm. My kids usually go to sleep around 8pm. Additionally the dishwasher was damaged in transit and could not be installed. It needed to be reordered and took two+ additional weeks for delivery. 8) When the dishwasher was finally delivered and installed it was not installed up to code four our county (the hose under the sink was left lying instead of hanging). My husband needed to look up the code and reinstall the hose correctly. Needless to say I do not plan on buying anymore appliances from BestBuy in the future.
