Excellent Dishwasher, Quiet, Sleek Looking. Gets the job done.

Installers ouf the new dishwasher were excellent and also a lot less expensive than getting the local plumber in - in fact, he told us that! Old dishwasher was hauled away at the same time, so the process was seamless. We also got a call asking how things went.

The installers were friendly and competent and - when they finally showed up a couple of hours after their alread-delayed window - fast.

My reason for buying new appliances was because my dish washer was so loud! This LG is so quiet you don't know it's on! Also love the 3 racks!

The installers were top notch. The installers were extremely professional and knew their craft. They were able to address the plumbing changes as well as electrical to get the dishwasher installed. I would highly, highly recommend them for any future installs.

Installers did not show up within 4 hour window and no phone call from them. Got Best Buy on the phone + they handled everything. I even got a call from my store manager apologizing + removing the installation fee. My DishWasher was installed quickly + correctly later that afternoon + works perfectly. Installers very careful about not damaging walls or anything while moving old and new dishwasher. Cleaned up every bit of debris even behind the washer where no one would have seen it. Ran the dishwasher to clean it and check for any leaks or other problems, (there were none) Good Job!

The team that installed our kitchen appliances did an outstanding job. We bought multiple appliances for a kitchen renovation, and the plumber who came out to connect our sink and disposal was amazed at how well the dishwasher had been installed, and he regaled us with examples of what could and had gone wrong with other people's dishwasher installations.

The dishwasher is installed and working fine. Kyle kept me informed through several delays and made sure i was happy before he left. Also answered questions about the other appliances in my LG package. He communicated in a timely manner each time the install was delayed (not his fault). Even caught a damaged dishwasher as it was being loaded for delivery. So glad he caught that.

Wonderful installation service. Technicians were polite, informative, professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job keeping our house scratch free and explained how to use the dishwasher, after running a test load. Highly recommend Best Buy products and installation!

The installers did an excellent job in a more than usually difficult installation. They showed patience and ingenuity in overcoming a problem that might have led others to abandon the job.

I had Best Buy come in and install my new dishwasher and they did a great job. I don't have the time to be working on all my home projects so I decided to have Best Buy install my dishwasher and it saved me a ton of time. They were on-time, professional and most importantly the dishwasher works flawlessly. If you're like me and you don't have time for projects because of a busy schedule, then you might want to consider Best Buy techs who know how to install your purchase for you right the first time.

The installer Alex was very good neat and clean and installed it and ran it to make sure that it was OK he also called the office to tell them that I did not need the electric piece I bought because I did have electric dad the sales person told me to buy it just in case if I didn’t have it from years ago. Then the office called me and told me they would refund me the money and I would see it deducted in a few days on the bill
