I paid for a range, dishwasher and a couple of other appliances at the first week of August and was told installation would take three weeks. They let me take home the microwave that day (a floor model) only to find it had no mounting bracket with it, after they told me it was all complete. When the range and dw arrived, the guys looked at the place where the old dw had been and told me they would not be responsible for the installation. They said the plumbing and wiring weren't right. Both were there in plain sight and had supported the dw I had just removed. There was no granite counter top yet, but the old dw had been anchored to the adjacent cabinets, which were present. I told them not to complete the installation of the dw. At that point, they said if that was going to be the situation, they would not install the range, either. That was supposed to be a free installation which involved only removing it from its box, installing the right cord, installing the anti tipping safety and sliding it in place. They left both appliances in their boxes and left. They left me with the wrong cord I had to return to the store myself, where I had to appear in person to get my refund. What a nightmare! My contractor installed the dw in a few minutes and it works fine. Best Buy needs new installers.

Had an issue with a new dishwasher, but Best Buy replaced it with no hassle.

They were on time and had the dishwasher installed and running very quickly. Very nice and anxious to please.

Paid for full installation but Not fully installed because electrician had to come in. Left it partially sticking out. Electrical now ok but just needs brackets installed.

I had an excellent experience with my technician. He showed me some tricks to extend the life of the dishwasher.

Installed fridge and left plastic on front doors. Had to take handles off again to remove plastic myself. This should have been done as part off the install. I had to realign dishwasher also.

We didn't actually get the dishwasher. It was supposed to show up by 7pm on the day and nobody showed up. Called customer service around 7:15 and they said they couldn't do anything about it or give any update. Installers finally reached out around 7:30 stating they were delayed due to complications. I asked for an updated ETA, which they gave - would've put install around 10:30. I reached out at 9:50 to ask for a text when they were on their way (which they should have already been at that point) and 10 minutes later got an update they weren't coming at all. Went back to the store the next day to return the item.

guys that came were great. very friendly and mindful of the house in terms of being careful and neat.

Installer did not turn the hot water back on after installation. Also did not remove plastic from wash arm.
