Best But Canceled install

Unfortunately, my outjet shorted out. I had to call an electrician to repair. No problems, the technicians said to call them backcwhen repair was completed and they would finish the installation. Best Buy canceled the appointment without any reason. Now im looking at a very expensive oranament. Ugg! Cusyomer service not helpful. Multiple phone calls, finally got through and the voice on the line said” youll get an email in 24-48 hours telling you what to do. So frustrated right now.

Shop somewhere else

Then I get a call that they have no openings for installation for over 4 months, which is as far ahead as they can see. Now I have a dishwasher sitting in my dining room taking up space with no hope of it ever being installed.

Dishwasher Debacle

So the dishwasher didn’t work. They came back out to install a new one however they never showed back up. So after months of waiting to have the dishwasher installed it was installed incorrectly and now I have a dishwasher that doesn’t work with nobody to come pick it back up and install a new one. It’s been a debacle.
