Horrible at every minute! 1st time the service adgent came they told me the shut off valve to the dishwaher was broken, and I needed a plumber to fix it. Plumber came out, easily turned the valve and said it was fine charging us $50. Rescheduled the installation for a week later. Long story short, best buy never actually scheduled this apt. No service agent ever showed. I canceled all plans for that day and waited for 4 hours. I was on the phone with best buy 3 times that day/night. I was told that day they were on the way. Then next day I called, explained the situation, and was told I would receive a call back. We decided to install the dishwasher ourselves and found someone else to hual the old. 2 wks later I receive and email that says I have another apt that I was not involved in making. I called that day and canceled the service. The sevice agent luckily called before leaving eventhough the apt had been canceled. I also have asked for a refund over 1 week ago. Was told it would take 24-72 hours to process. Still no refund. Every time you call and talk to customer service it takes 30 min at least for them to figure stuff out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We have been best buy customers for years and have purchased many appliances from them. Never again. Still waiting for that $189 refund...
