The installation went painlessly and the installer explained to us the features of the dishwasher.

The guys who installed my dishwasher were very quick. They didn't leave a mess and were very nice.

I purchased this dishwasher on December 19, 2021. When I purchased it I was told that the unit was in stock in store and it will be installed on January 24th 2020. My credit card was charged on the same day. I received a web delivery confirmation/preparation form that I duly filled and I received a phone call the previous day confirming that it will be installed the next day afternoon. Took the afternoon off to be there. Unit did not get installed and alter I get a call that it has to be rescheduled since the unit is backordered! A new installation date was set for March 7th. Again I get a call the previous day that the unit will be installed the next day. Same thing again, I take the time off from work and wait, again no show. This time, no call or email to let me know that it will not be delivered. When I call them I am told again the the unit is backordered. I asked to speak to a person higher up in the management, they tell me that I have to go the store. After persisting to speak to a person higher up, I was told that somebody will call me within 48 hours. It has been 72 hours since then and no call yet! It will be 3 months soon since Best Buy has charged my credit card for the dish washer. Will update the review with the final outcome.

When Best Buy delivered my dishwasher they used this to install it. And the installation went FAST!

I waited an extra week for delivery, and after the installation team arrived, they did not connect the dishwasher. I had to call a plumber and he completed the installation. I was not a happy camper.

The install was an outsourced private company, husband and wife team that barely spoke English. They cut the cord on my existing broken dishwasher and then proceed to tell me that I needed to pay them $150 for a new outlet, as the existing one was not working. I ended up paying it but then I spoke to a few of my friends that had the same exact scenario happen to them after purchasing w Best Buy. I feel like I was scammed~

I paid for geek squad and got a contractor instead who did not install the dishwasher properly. He re-used a line he shouldn’t have used and because of it we had a water leak. A leak we are still fighting with the claims dept and contractor to get them to properly assess all of the damage. It is now up to use to get an independent party to come and make the assessment and then forward the info to the claims dept. The contractor is basically absolving himself of all responsibility even though the supervisor said he should not have re-used the line they are not supposed to. Needless to say we still have water leaking into a bucket. All necessary repairs have not been made and the dishwasher is still not installed or useable. I will never use Best Buy again for installation because you pay for geek squad and you get some outside contractor who may or may not care about the job they do. This guy clearly did not. It actually doesn’t even deserve one star
