Our installers were Kevin and Thomas. Arrived right on time, were highly professional and knowledgeable. Not an easy spot to install, but they quickly found a superb solution and got the task done quickly, function-tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks or issues, then immaculately cleaned up their work area and removed all trash. These two guys are absolute tops and I highly recommend them to ANYBODY!

Quiet...Super clean dishes pots an pans.. what else is there to say.. Bought the Black stainless sleek lookin Samsung "Waterfall " model , Installation was held up because of remodel...but the great team at Best Buy worked with me an when I needed it installed they came the next day.. Geek s were friendly , show me step by step instruction how to use .I am very Happy with Best buy Team...an will continue to make my purchases at Best Buy because of Quality Customer Service !

Man, these guys showed up on time and they came in and banged it out. Their professionalism, knowledge and expertise exemplary. I can’t wait to order another product to see them coming to install again.

One and only thing I can say is headache free. You spend a lot o these appliance and having this service makes it that much easy to get to the finish line. They install and they hall they old item. You do not have to worry about anything. Cannot go wrong with this service. Had mine replaced and was a great service. No extra charge and great service.

The installation was done neatly and all was functional - obviously competent and not rushed job. Happy I didn’t need to re-do stuff due to sloppiness.

The fellow was excellent. My complaint is that the day after my machine was installed Best Buy had a sale which included free installation. I paid $200+. Best Buy said they wouldn’t match their own price reduction on installations. Makes no sense

It works great and is much quieter than our old one.

The time between my dishwasher being purchased and installed was 39 days! Apparently, no one has thought to ask during purchase if the dishwasher is right next to the sink. I purchased a stove at the same time, and it was installed very timely. The dishwasher was supposed to be installed then too, but when they took it off the truck they found it looked like it had been dropped from some height. Couldn't someone have noticed that before? So at the second attempt to install, after traipsing through my entire house (when I specifically asked them to come through the back door) with snow, salt and dirt on their boots and the dolly wheels, with one look at my kitchen the guy says he cant install it because I need an extension kit because the dishwasher isn't located right next to the sink! Again, couldn't the guys that brought the stove and the first dishwasher notice that?! The third attempt went great, and the guy that come alone gave me much more confidence in his competency that the other two duos that showed up. And for all of my hassle waiting and dealing with this (and waiting at home during the "window" of time three times), all Best Buy could do to compensate me was give me a $50 Best Buy gift card! Not sure I would use them again. I think it's better to pay more and go through a small local business that hires their own installers.

I was extremely impressed with the installation service I received for my dishwasher from the Best Buy installation people. They were professional, installed the dishwasher perfectly, THE FIRST TIME. That is really an important part of installation. Have used Sears for the same before and have had to call them back. Never again! Best Buy is really getting better every day. It's worth paying for the installation to make sure your product is installed correctly, and quickly, the first time around.

First...asking me to review an 'item', when it is the 'act' or 'effort' of installation is inaccurate. I will start by writing that everyone involved with the installation was very nice. But the organization of the effort to exchange my new dishwasher due to some problems with the one I purchased initially was almost funny. Apparently exchange involved 2 departments. One oversees the 'pick up', but is not qualified to detach the hose etc. for removal, the other the delivery and installation of the replacement. But for 2 efforts, no one could detach, deliver and install and pick up, unless the detachment and removal had been done first. So it eventually took 3 efforts and quite a bit of inconvenience to me to get it done. I will repeat, everyone involved were nice and expert at what they did, but confusion reigned for a few days. I am happy to say my replacement dishwasher is working very well. And I love to try to tell this story to friends but even the story is confusing.

The dishwasher installer was very professional and did outstanding work. It didn't take him long at all to install the device.

Steve was able to remove our dishwasher and replace with the new one all in the same time. He was speedy, tested his work, gave us good advice on other products and whether they would work in our space, and assisted us with the best tools to make the dishwasher work in our space. Great job!

The tech was great. It took until 3rd appointment to get someone there. The 1st 2 appointments were scheduled and then cancelled the night before, that was frustrating. Cancelled due to technical problems however I had contractors lined up to come in after this insulation and had to cancel twice. Just hope the glitch problems are over but would try an install again. Love my unit, so quiet.
