The installers did an excellent job in a more than usually difficult installation. They showed patience and ingenuity in overcoming a problem that might have led others to abandon the job.

The product delivered on time and installation was fine. The product is working fine. The installation is a different story. The installer came and basically was prepared with two additional pieces to be done - outlets and some valve. They insisted that it was required by code. Luckily the outlet (GFCI) was fine but the valve was needed so basically I had to pay a ridiculous amount to get that done. They insisted that Best Buy should have informed me ahead of time to get this done. A simple cheap fix that I could have done myself. This is entrapment and felt fleeced. I would expect Best Buy to reimburse me for that additional charge. But that never happened. Will I ever again buy an appliance again from Best Buy - not sure anymore. They are not as efficient as they used to be years ago.

The two man team arrived on time and went right. they were neatly dressed, clean and went right to work, they were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, professional, yet friendly. After completing in installation, they spent the necessary time to insure we knew the proper operation of the appliance. Above all, they represented Best Buy in a very positive way.

Fantastic folks came exactly when they said they would, needed absolutely nothing from me, and were done faster than it would have taken me just to unbox the darn thing. 100% worth it under pretty much every circumstance.

Installer did a great job, no leaks all in 30 minutes. Used kit to make sure all was connected correctly.

Dishwasher works great. Looks nice, and isn't too loud. Installation team was timely and professional!

The 3rd, (YES THIRD) time installers came to install the appliance they finally got it right. Pete and Sean from GCS Custom Appliance Installations, LLC did a super job. Clean, courteous and able to answer all our questions. I would recommend these installers without hesitation. It was done right the first time by them and they provided a full demonstration.

The installers came on site to our home but could not complete the installation of the new dishwasher on that trip. A 2nd trip had to be arranged. The issue: our original dishwasher had not been installed properly and the expected attachment point on the underside of our granite was not there. We had to pay an outside service provider a fee to detach our existing dishwasher from our under-counter of granite. I would have expected any dishwasher installation service provider to have been able to perform this svc. Once that was removed, the BBY folks were back onsite and they did a nice job.

The guys were amazing. Quick and professional. Made sure we knew how to run it.

I had this dishwasher installed about a month ago. Although I had read the reviews on this dishwasher, I was still skeptical about how well it would dry the dishes without a heating element. I did follow the directions and change the settings to the highest usage of rinse agent. My dishes come out clean, dry, and it runs so quiet! I have an open concept home and this dishwasher is perfect because it's so quiet. And I love the 3rd rack for silverware and other utensils.

Installers were on time, called ahead, very polite and did the installation very quickly and correctly.

It was an OK experience. The installer was nice and the dishwasher works, but they didn't give the best explanation how the controls operate and one function I was shown was actually incorrect and I had to figure it out after he left.

The installers were great! Polite and courteous, fast and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves! The only problem was that the dishwasher was top mounting, meant to be attached to the bottom of the countertop, however, I have a granite countertop with no sub top, therefore it had to be side mounted. I was well aware of this situation and specifically asked for a side mounting dishwasher at the time of purchase. The first installers did not have the side mounting brackets with them, however the deputy field marshal Stephen came out first thing the next morning and used an adhesive to mount the brackets. A few days later the adhesive detached. I called Stephen, he was unable to come back out but he sent double agent Luke the next day to install the proper side mounting brackets. Stephen was very responsive with following up, making sure that I was taken care of. I really appreciate that kind of care and service. Great job and great team effort!

They called to schedule. Kept their time slot. Were courteous, clean, careful and did a great job. Fast too! Highly recommended.

They kept in touch and did a great, quick install. There was a disconnect between the installers and BB: They were given the wrong time by BB I saw the mistake on their device. But I had several emails and calls that stated the correct time. This was not the crew's fault but a clerical error.

Language barrier is the only reason not to give 5 stars

Installation was done by a third party. They ran into a snag with fitting the dishwasher into our space. We ended up having a friend finish the job. The work completed by the installer was done sell.

Fast, efficient, very professional crew. Did a great job.

The gentleman who did the install did a fabulous, quick and easy install.
