My install guys where very professional and got the job done fast and did a excellent job.

Installers were fast & courteous. They arrived on time and cleaned-up.

The installation of my new dishwasher was done quickly and professionally. No complaints.

The dishwasher was not installed flush and it was not even, side to side with the cabinets. One side was further out than the other. The "professional" installer said that was the best he could do. I believe if he had taken more time locating the hoses and power cable he would have been able to get the dishwasher flush as I did. I wish I had turned down the "free" installation I got with my totaltech membership.

The installation process was absolutely horrible. Had to buy an installation kit, one option. The hose in the kit, to short. No issue, went and bought a longer hose. Reschedule the installation, no issue, get confirmation. 24 hrs later, canceled. Reset an appointment, canceled. Set appointment on line, canceled, talked to a best buy member, canceled. Use on line chat, canceled. Canceled even while talking to an online member. 17 confirmed appointments, guess what? 17 appointment canceled. Ask to talk to a supervisor, member follows script, sets another appointment. Canceled. Can't call the store because of national operator. Eventually have to go into the store and talk face to face to a manager. Appointment, canceled. 3 weeks after original installation, installed. Sorry for your inconvenience, it's a known issue we are having. Installers come out. Still not following CDC guidelines. Again, we have to provide them, with masks. Installer left debris behind and didn't finish leveling the washer. The leveling was done by sight only from one direction. Before my wife could ask about the leveling, the installers where gone. Unleveled dishwasher, racks roll back and into the washer, the super duper drying feature doesn't work.
