Installer(s) were very careful and knew exactly what they were doing! Would recommend to anybody.

The installor was quick and efficient. He answered my questions and removed all trash.

The previous dishwasher was to be removed, and the new Bosh installed "free of charge". However, the installer COULD NOT remove the previous dishwasher. Water had leaked underneath for years and the sub-floor was dry-rotted. The dishwasher feet had sunk into the dry-rotted sub-floor. In addition it was built in with a counter resting on it. This purchase revealed a much greater problem. The kitchen sub-flooring would need to be cut out just to remove the old dishwasher. Moreover, there was a good chance the entire floor would need replaced including new sub-flooring. Needless to say, the installer was unable to do anything but offered to come back once the problem was corrected. I am disabled and after a year and a half, the new Bosh dishwasher remains boxed and stored in an adjacent room. The Installer hadn't brought the installation materials I paid around $29 for. I don't know if they were on the truck but he assured me when he came back, he would have them. That was over 18 months ago. LOL I couldn't afford to pay a contractor to tear up the flooring and replace it. Moreover, even if the flooring was tore up. the installer fully expected for me to have the old unit removed so the underlying sub-flooring could be replaced. None of this was the fault of the installer. He drove several hours just to install it. But due to the time that has passed, I still must have my flooring replaced and pay for someone to install the dishwasher. By the time I get it in, it will most likely be obsolete. LOL But its paid for.

Went the extra mile to do the job right and answer all my questions during the process.

The installation instructions specifically call for the drain hose to have a high loop 34 inches high. When I pointed this out to the installers they told me it was not necessary. I did it later myself. Also, the power box was mounted with only one screw. I had to add screws to securely mount it. The drain hose and power cords we left in the middle of the space under the sink. I had to route them out of the way to be able to properly use the space.
