I had the installers come to my home when I was out of town to install my new dishwasher. I received a call from my brother-in-law who told me the installers were saying I needed to pay $50 for another part on top of paying for the install kit, and they would only accept cash or check. After being thoroughly frustrated about having to pay almost $90 dollars for parts I told them I was going to call best buy to ask why the part wasnt included in the kit I bought. The installer then told me that they did not want to cause any trouble and would gave me the part for "free".

This is my second dishwasher after the first one came with crack in it which has led to water damage. This one is ok so far.

The delivery and setup or the washing machine and dishwasher was terrible. The original date for both was Tuesday, September 7. Due to problems with the truck it was rescheduled to Saturday, September 11. When the truck showed up they removed the old washing machine and installed the new one. They told me they didn’t install dishwashers so they left the new one in the kitchen and told me to reschedule its install. I called and set it up for Tuesday, September 14, between noon and 6 P.M. I got a call at 9:50 A.M. that they were on their way. When they arrived they said they were here to install the washing machine but not the dishwasher. I told them the washer was installed on Saturday and gave me paperwork showing the dishwasher was scheduled to be setup that day by a different crew. I called customer service who told me they didn’t show any other appointments for me that day. After much frustration I stopped talking to them and was going to cancel the order. Then at 1:45 P.M. I got a call from the installer saying they were on their way. The dishwater was finally installed and they took the old one away. I will never purchase anything that requires delivery from Best Buy again.
