I wasn't sure about the install, but I'm glad I did it, well worth it.

Terrible experience. On the replacement of my dishwasher, the person installing it was rude. He was not knowledgeable of the tape that was supplied to prevent moisture from getting into the cavity behind the top of the dishwasher. When I told him he was installing it backwards, he insisted he was doing it the right way. Once he pushed the dishwasher into the cavity he realized he couldn't attach the tape to the DW. So he raised the front of the DW as high as it would go to try to eliminate any gap- it didn't. Then he screwed the sides into the cabinet. I asked him if he brought a level, because the DW was obviously not level. He said if I wanted to check the level- I should get one. I did. When I placed the level on the dw to show them, they said goodbye and walked out. I told them it was not approved. I had to wait for the paperwork to be returned in order to request a competent installer, which I will do tomorrow or Monday. Terrible experience with your 3rd party installers. Awful!

the cost was a bit high for the install of the dishwasher , however, the first one sent did not connect a hose which I found strange, therefore another installer was sent to complete the task.

Horrible... I received a confirming email from Best Buy that my installation would be on 6/23 in the morning. I took the day off of work. When it was getting late and no one there, I called and found out that they were not coming! No good explanation other than their installers quit? Rescheduled to a Saturday 7/1/17. I received a phone call from someone the day before saying yes installation next day. Again no show. Spent over an hour on the phone with the third party install company saying my install was "forced" on the schedule and they wouldn't be showing. Now two days of my time gone. Called Best Buy and they (several days later) eventually sent out one of their Geek Squad guys who had it installed in no time. I am still waiting on a "trim kit" for my microwave that was ordered and delayed. This is not being installed by them, but once again I am getting emails confirming my install date. I called the store and the product hasn't even been received as yet. So how can they give me an install date? Do they expect me to miss another day of work? I don't think so. Best Buy wasn't bad, so pick up and install yourself. Just don't trust the "emails" from these so called installers. I don't think I would purchase any item that was to be "installed" again.
