Our service tech would not install our dishwasher unless we paid him $400 to bring the plumbing up to code. Wife and I spent four hours hooking it up the same way the old one was installed.

It is shocking that Best Buy would contract Quality Kitchens of Maryland for installation services. Best Buy exposes its customers to an incredibly unprofessional company which has zero understanding of customer service, nor has any concerns about possible complaints to Best Buy about their service. Initially, the company came to perform the install and the tech lied about not having some sort of install kit necessary for the installation. When I contacted the company to let them know that the tech showed up one hour earlier than scheduled and unannounced, the owner of the company was extremely rude and basically hung up the phone on me. When the installation was rescheduled, the new tech stated that the install kit which I purchased was actually not needed. An awful experience and it is shameful that Best Buy exposes its customers to this horribly unprofessional company.

This is a nice looking dishwasher with a convenient third rack. It's super quiet and cleans well. However, it doesn't dry the dishes. I have to towel dry everything before putting them away.

Efficiency and punctual I like the guy professionalisms

The first unit that they delivered did not work and the replacement took too long to be delivered and replaced. The second installer seemed to know more about what he was doing.

Was delivered on time but the installation did not take place at the same time. They reported that they hauled away the old machine when they couldnt have since the installers were not on site to disconnect. I still have not had anyone reach out to me for the installation for days so i called and they said theyvwould call me back. Long storybshirt, I paid someone else to come install dishwasher and had to pay to get it hauled away. In the mean time, Best Buy has still not refunded my install and haul away fees as they promised. It has been a night mare contacting them. Will never buy any appliance from Best Buy again. I dont understand why the delivery cant include the install at the same time.

Guy that came was nice and professional. Only complaint was he called at the last minute at the end of the installation window saying he was going to be 2 hours late, rather inconvenient
