Geek squad did a great job! The guys are so professional and quick

Dishwasher installation was on time and the guys were very friendly.

Installers did not use top-mounted screws that had been used for previous dishwasher, instead they drilled and screwed brackets into a thin part of the cabinet - cracking the wood and leaving the silver screws in plain (and ugly) sight. The two installers barely spoke English and one reeked of cigarette smoke. (But the Bosch dishwasher is terrific.)

Ok, it’s still working, no issues, but the installer did have a little attitude after I questioned if it was level (visually it is not and I took a level after he left and he could’ve done a little better job than taking my comment personally). Alas, I’ve experienced better and I’ve experienced worse installs.

We attempted to have a dishwasher installed by Best Buy. However, the effort was totally messed up from beginning to end. Somehow the delivery was scheduled to Arkansas when we live in Virginia. After 2 weeks and too many phone calls with absolutely no return calls and no solution, the order was canceled. It took another week and multiple phone calls to have "Customer Care" override the order and refund our money. The automated phone "help" line is a joke. Most of the time, we were promised a return phone call only to later find out that there was no record of a previous call. Lesson learned on this experience is NEVER NEVER order a product for delivery from Best Buy.

the installer installed within 30 minutes and explained all the warranties!
