Very nice, quick and good worker! Very helpful in explaining dishwasher!

To start with, bought $189 installation...it was done by a third part...they walked and said needed redo electric and that would be $169 and the water was dripping and that would be $159...When I ask how I cancel the installation they said I don't need to do that and they would take care of the installation for me...sure. They completed the installation and the washer is leaning and does not fit like the old one ddid. This was to replace 15 year old whirlpool washer that when I bought it they said you don't have scrape and pre-wash and for 15 years I did not just put in dish was and turn it on. This unit needs clean dishes or you will have most of the food sitting in the bottom near the grinder that does nothing. The basket has all sorts of little slots on the top and bottom but only about half are usable...if you out plates are dishes next to each little happens. Be careful with the baskets, they are so light weigh the bend and expect they will break very soon.. All and all don't buy this, unless you want to pre-wsh and scrap and rewash...

I know it's a third party and not a Best Buy employee so to be fair it's not really Best Buy, but they could hire better installers. The installers came not at the designated time frame that I had booked and did not offer to reschedule. They hurried through their work and barely went over the product. They drilled a hole, when it wasn't necessary, through my cabinet. They did not advise they would be drilling so I could point them in the right direction for the electrical and plumbing access. Overall, just not very happy with this install.

The installation went ok, but the disinfection cleaning after the installation was not carried out according to the Best Buy website material.

I paid for the "professional" installation to save the time/effort of doing it myself. In the end, I have spent more time and effort dealing with the mistakes of the installer. From the moment they arrived I knew it wasn't going to be good. They were moving at the pace of a Nascar pit crew and you could tell they just wanted to get in and out as soon as possible without caring about quality. They dragged my old dishwasher across our floor with nothing under it. Then they brute force installed the bottom plate from my old dishwasher on the new one without asking. They said that they didn't want the bottom of the legs showing and that is why they did it. They also used two random mismatched screws and likely ruined the threads where the correct screws should go. They left the correct plates with me but none of the correct screws/mounting brackets. I had to buy replacement parts and fix this myself. Other reviews show that it will likely be a waste of time trying to get a refund for the install. I guess I've learned my lesson and will never buy from Best Buy again.

The installers were on time. And respectful. They were well informed.
