Installed quickly and was professional. Had no issues.

They gave us a 4 hour window of when they would show up. 45 minutes after that window closed, they had yet to contact us that they were running late. I called and was told they’d have to check with the installers as to why. They called back and said they’d be there within 45 minutes. 10 minutes later the installers called to say they were running late. Installed and started the dishwasher and they departed. When the cycle finished we opened the door only to have it make a pop sound and the door wouldn’t close. Called them right away, but they couldn’t get us in for another week. We were clear that the dishwasher was not going to work properly. They showed up without a replacement, only to tell us it wasn’t the install, the dishwasher was defective. So it would be another week before we could get a new one and have them again install it. That will make it 3 weeks since it was purchased, and 3 times we had to adjust our schedules to meet them. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service. Will not purchase appliances from Best Buy again and not recommending them to our friends

Installation contractor charged extra for work I am not convinced was necessary. They completed everything in a timely manner, and removed the old dishwasher as promised.

I was replacing an old dishwasher that was cooper lined in. It was never instructed by the store that I may need an actual plumber to install a new shut off value that was not sawdered in. The install team is useless and will not actually touch your system if it needs any modifications because "they are not plumbers". This process wasted my time, money and patience with Best Buy. On top of that, the installers would not return my calls or texts to come and install the unit after the plumbing work was completed. rescheduling was a nightmare with best buy as they proceeded to push out my install an additional 2 weeks past the initial install date. I requested a refund, and had to install the unit by myself.
