Install date was 8/21/24. Best Buy Install partners hooked up, when testing it flooded the kitchen floor. 8/28/24 same installers tried to install replacement dishwasher, could not adjust height of front left leg so they could not install. After 2 dishwashers & neither installed I canceled the order. Best Buy picked up new dishwashers & credited for dishwasher but 17 days later have not refunded the labor & parts. Looks like I may have to take to small claims court?

This is the fourth product that I have purchased from Best Buy and has been the most disappointing installation. The installer was sloppy and careless. He left packing from the dishwasher laying across our driveway. He ran a lot of water under the sink and did not even bother telling us. We found it after he left and spent a good deal of time mopping up his mess. I think the most disturbing thing was he started the dishwasher on a quick cycle and did not remove any of the plastic or tiedowns on the interior of the dishwasher. My only hope is that since the sprayers could not rotate, we won’t have trouble with them in the future. Sadly, I would never recommend this individual for installation.

The delivery process was unacceptable. The installers arrived and stated that they could not install the unit because of the tiles on the floor. They refused to crack the tiles or to allow me to crack the tiles and remove them so that they could install the unit. Instead they left abruptly.Once they left I cracked the tiles but more significantly realized that the countertop moved and did not even require the removal of the tiles. They were hasty and dismissive. They asked why they could not leave the huge dishwasher box in my apartment until they returned. This was totally unacceptable. Hence, I had to wait another two weeks for the installation. They returned and required that I pay an additional $125 for a specific electrical outlet Stating that hard wires are not legal in New York City.It was my understanding that the extra package that I purchased from Best Buy would cover this amount. As a 70-year-old senior citizen I have suffered enough from this delay and incompetent service.

The initial installers were not knowledgeable and created a delay of more than a month. The level of expertise was so low and the communication was extremely poor. The gentleman who later installed the machine was very professional but it took weeks of trying to get the correct answer from Best Buy I am very disappointed

So glad we did not try to install our new dishwasher ourselves!

I wish they would have completed the job. I had to mount it myself. They were not prepared to mount it to the cabinetry. Pretty poor prep and follow up.
