Unprofessional customer service and support

But best buys customer service team made me not want to purchase another item from them ever again. Especially after being told a manager was gonna call me about the incident and help find a way to make things right. Still waiting on that call by the way. Lost multiple days of work due to best buys inability to schedule or even make the order correct and to have customer support treat me as if I did something wrong is uncalled for. Never bringing a client or myself to another best buy to purchase appliances.

Installation not worth the price.

Door would not close properly possibly due to unit not being leveled. We were going to exchange unit, replacement was obviously a used one that we refused to take. We pulled unit out, reinstalled it and seems to be working all right. Counter stopped squeaking as soon as we tightened screws.

Would not recommend for Panel Ready DW

If you buy a stand-alone DIshwasher then I’m sure they would do a fine job. I ordered built in model where I have My own cabinet panel That needed to be installed. They only made the connections and left it to me to install and when I went to do so found they had messed up the install and I had to do it all over again.

BAD Fisher Pakel Installation and delivery

The installers came out twice and damaged my dishwasher worse than the first time. The first time installers didn't use appropriate clips recommended by manufacturers Fisher & Pakel hence the dishwasher started leaking two days after installation. Installers came out the second time they again didn't use correct clips but drove more screws on the side of dishwasher drawer which damaged my dishwasher and made unleveled, still leaking inside making unit lock up while running for 4 hours, and dishwasher drawer not able to close properly. New Fisher & Pakel dishwasher ordered by Best Buy when the unit arrived Saturday 3/13/21 it had 2 dents on drawer. We Rejected delivery and still have not received a call from Best Buy to reschedule new delivery of unit or installation.
