They delivered the dishwasher well enough but were unable to install because they were not able to bring the dishwasher up to code. We had to pay a plumber to come and do the job right. That ended up costing us an additional $150. Best Buy did refund $50 but I feel that if something needed to be brought up to code, the people doing the installation should have that ability.

I had a tight space for my new dishwasher and the manufacturer had specific instructions for the installers. I printed them out and highlighted the critical items. It required cutting out a section of the insulation on top and attaching wooden skids permanently to the floor. The men from Premier Logistics installing for Best Buy ignored the instructions and simply threw out the sound insulation including the sound insulation on the toe kick. They also didn't feed the drain pipe into the sink cabinet so the dishwasher stuck out an extra inch. They insisted that this was correct. They also wouldn't allow me to glue down the wooden skids under the dishwasher. After they left I was able to pull the drain hose from behind the dishwasher into the sink cabinet and push the dishwasher in so that it was flush with the surrounding cabinet doors. Now if only they will return the sound insulation so I can properly install it.

the installer called ahead and was very professional

rec'd call 2 days before install & arranged an appt. the next day before install we were called & appt was cancelled because "the appliances had not arrived". the day of delivery, without any notice that the delivery was back on, they called that they would be there in 20 min!! Luckily, the tenant was home, but he had to reschedule his appts & delivery/install was made or we would have had to wait 3 weeks for next delivery. Talk about inconvenience & stress!!!!

Expert installation, great response and guidance!!

The dishwasher was never attached to the counter. The installer left with the installation kit. I scheduled the next installer to get the installation kit from the initial installer. Best Buy never told the installer to do this. Even though they were contacted multiple times. Also I rescheduled the installation and notified Best Buy twice of the change. The installer was never notified of the change nor that he had to obtain the installation kit from the first installer. He came at the wrong date and could not do anything. After containing the Best Buy manager I was told this would not happen again. I will see Thursday if Best Buy keeps it’s worth.
