Beware of install contractor scams

They came in looked at the connection and immediately said we can't install unless you do this and that to your drainpipe otherwise, they couldn’t install it. I looked the company up, and that seems to be the growing concern about the vendor. Be prepared to pay over $500 to get it installed by BB vendor. I had my handyman look at my connections and made a couple of small minor adjustments for under $50 and have not had any problems. Note all major appliance stores use the same contractor.

Not working as it should

Good job of explaining their activities and the dishwasher sequence during instillation. The dishwasher has not operated as described. We contacted the company and they sent a an appliance man. He has ordered a part to be replaced (soap dispenser). Several weeks we have had the dishwasher and have not be successful completing a cycle.

Terrible experience

The outside installer Best Buy contractor hired to do the installation is a joke!! He left all of my items on my front porch!! That included the dishwasher, double wall ovens and drawer microwave. He was supposed to install on Friday, called me 20 minutes after the time he was supposed to install to tell me he couldnt leave the bathroom, He said his day off was Monday but would do me a FAVOR and install Monday. He was scheduled at 9am, He didn't show up or call until 130 pm. I had to pay my contractor for those hours as well. Then when he showed up, he didnt install. He just put all items on my front porch. Never came and pre measured or anything. I am rating the installation as POOR!!! The product is great!! I love every appliance I purchased.
