They seem to have done a good job, but jacked up the price with stuff that should have been included.

While installing the dishwasher new they pushed it into place they damaged the baseboard. The install was very quick and they guys were nice.

I recently had my dishwasher installed by Best Buy and although the technician that installed was okay.... I thought that they just wanted to get things done. My previous dishwasher was a double dishwasher and I had bought a Kitchen aid to be installed. Almost halfway through the installation process, the technician informed me that I needed an air gap to replace the old one!?? (my old one had 2 hose connected to my garbage disposal and all I needed was one) Of course not knowing that I needed this part, I did not have it handy. So the technician left without checking to see if my dishwasher works because I'm missing this one part. I had to hire a plumber to finish Best Buy's job which cost a lot of money!!! If the technician had been doing this for a long time, he could've at least called a few days before my appointment and ask if I had a double dishwasher or a single one so I could have all the parts needed. Also, my appointment time was from 08-1200. The technician left a message that he would be arriving around 10-12 am. At 11:15, I called him to make sure he is coming as I have been waiting for a long time and I have to pick up my kids from summer school. He finally arrived at 11:45!!!

It was just as easy to use as the directions said.

Had to ask for dishwasher to be leveled several times. Had great service previously on refrigerator install but a little disappointed this time

The technicians were okay. They act like they don’t/do anything else, but that exact job they come for.

He did an excellent job. Filler yadda yadda yadda.

im on my 4th dishwasher in two years. they told me 2 were installed wrong. but without them installing they dont sound like they would help.

Installation was fine. The serviceman didn’t say much, and didn’t give any information about the dishwasher being installed.

He came on time. Did everything, no fuss, no crisis

Seem to not care about customer service, I was told would be Best Buy geek squad, they use contractors

While a nice guy, the installation of our new dishwasher did not go well. He turned off the water in order to do the job but did not turn off our recirculating hot water pump which subsequently overheated and died completely. We had to order and install a new one (for which we were reimbursed by the 2nd party). Now, I need to get my plumber to figure out why my new dishwasher stinks, like really badly, between cycles. Assumption is that something was not properly connected or installed. Another cost we will incur due to 2nd party install not being done properly, by a plumber. Not worth the $200 kickback for the purchase.

I am a total tech member, best buy credit card holder, and a great customer. You have treated me so poorly that I will not use you, refer anyone to you and be use I spread the word. Your customer service is a disgrace! I ordered a dishwasher months ago. You delivered and installed a unit that did not function on 12/28/2021. I heard nothing. Then a week later, i called you. I was told a new replacement was ordered and will be delivered and installed on 1/18. Another day i am home from work and no show! I call was disconnected 3 times!!! Then told then reinstalled on 1/3. Absolutely did not occur! I am still on hold being transferred once again. I am done with Best Buy! Who is paying for my 3 dats off work, my numerous calls or better yet.... when do i get my dishwasher. I cannot buy one from a competitor as you left the non-working dishwasher installed!!!!

Did a great job. Was on time and cleaned up after.

The installation was quick however, the dishwasher doesn't stay in place. The installer told me I had a different kind that I had and I eventually figured it out on my own. We constantly have to adjust it due to the size being smaller than the space which they didn't help me with. It is a great dishwasher just falls out and is extremely annoying.

Seems to work without leaks but installers were not pleasant and both not wearing masks. Impolite.

Full honesty this didn’t go as expected due to the person handling the installation experiencing personal issues that caused interference with the process but Best Buy Customer service was top notch and helped with resolution.
