Installation team was there when indicated and informed us ahead for the timing.

Non- professionals showed up ready to find every excuse on the book not to do the job, the few things they did after giving them a lesson on installations and effective customer service, I ended up having to fix, from waterfall water leaks to something as leveling the appliance properly. It really should not take a 70 year old to do a simple task and to do it correctly. What a headache. Last time I'll ever badder Best Buy to do a simple job. totally unacceptable.

Installers never called never showed up I had to return everything the dishwasher and get my refund back for the installation I called Best Buy corporate and received a refund. I was very disappointed I had a wait time between 12 PM to 8 PM I was at the house all day I called twice they said they were on their way that was through dispatch but no one ever called within the 30 minute window to tell me they were on their way at 8:05 PM I called dispatch and they had no information I didn’t know where my dishwasher was I don’t know what happened that’s why I ask for a refund.

Installer scratched my new hardwood floors in living room setting down old one on floor and dragging it. Did not straighten DW to counter and did not put on DW toe piece. The floor scratching is unaccepable when there are cardboard products to lay down . Just sloppy and lazy imo.I should have done it myself.

Absolute garbage, first go around. Had a 2-5pm window. Was told at 7pm guy didn’t come into work today. Had to reschedule. 2nd attempt came and said our plumbing wouldn’t work for the dishwasher and he didn’t feel comfortable doing it. Ok no problem. Had a plumber come out and do everything. We reschedule and 3rd attempt. The same guy shows up at 4:30 for a 2-5 window and says he is only a troubleshoot tech not an installation tech. (Same guy that was here first day for delivery and installation) said screw it and cancelled everything and still getting calls to reschedule.

It is working really well and I love that the door opens when it has finished

Earlier today I called Best Buy to ask if they could give me an undated time for the delivery and installation that is scheduled for tomorrow. I just checked my Best Buy account and the delivery/installation still shows that it is happening tomorrow, but I've been told that that is in error. Delivery and installation will happen in late September. Then I receive an email asking me to review the product for 25 points. It just seems a little insensitive to ask me to review the product. I really with that I could. At least I got the 25 points so there's that.

Not happy with my installation experience at all. First of all, it's not the Geek Squad which installs the appliances in my area. Best Buy hires a third party installer. So if you have problems with the installation, you get mired in a near-endless blame-game of whose fault is it anyway. I have a new home, so the installer needed to tap out the pvc opening to insert the dishwasher drain hose into the plumbing drain. The installer tapped the pvc and jammed in through into the disposal, which subsequently broke. It's been 6 weeks now, multiple phone calls, emails, voicemails, all of which were handled poorly except for Geek Squad's Eric Eyman who handled my requests with professionalism and promptness. I wish that each claims agent had been as effective, I might have received resolution by now. Still waiting for the claim check.

install is complete after two visits and it was done fine the second time

So my dishwasher couldn't be installed at the time of delivery because of a plumbing issue. The delivery people were very nice and told me what needed to be done in detail. I rescheduled the installation for a later date and the person who came to install the appliance left the kitchen floor and the cabinets absolutely filthy! I had to spend 45 minutes to clean up after him! Moreover, the way he placed the dishwasher is sort of crooked and I cannot move it (it is heavy and also I am scared that I won't be able to move it without unhooking something and the kitchen will flood!). I am very very disappointed!

After several issues with damaged delivery and re-scheduling we finally took delivery of our new dishwasher. Unfortunately the contractor Best Buy hired to complete the job appeared to want to be anywhere except at our home. Everything seemed difficult and he claimed the new dishwasher was difficult to fit. Seems strange as it was an identical model of what was replaced. Unfortunately his struggles fitting the machine left scuff marks, turned off paint and bad markings. Opening a complaint with Best Buy and trust they will get rectify.

Be extra vigilant with installers. The installer said he was a plumber and installed a new copper pipe under the sink before installing the dishwasher. He forgot to turn off the the running water that was turned on in our laundry room tub in order to do this. There was a major flood on our entire laundry room floor and much water overflowed into our den where there is carpeting. We noticed this after he left. It was the installer's responsibility to turn off the water, and he never checked the faucet in the laundry room. This incident happened in September, and we still do not have our basement totally repaired.

My dishwasher was installed without a problem but it is not a great machine.

The dishes wash ok but doesn't dry well. Way too long for wash cycle. Almost 4 hrs

For newer construction, a complete duplication of existing. Could have done without.

The installers were good, but the experience was poor. Due to Best Buy warehouse mess ups, it took over 2 weeks for the installation to occur. We received multiple excuses for the delays including misplacement of the Dishwasher.
