They called ahead to let me know on way. Fast, clean and proper installation.

Prompt install of new dishwasher. Had to put in new outlet as they cannot use hardwired in option. All was great. Except they had unplugged garbage disposal and didn’t plug it back in. Took my husband replacing afew switches etc until he realized this

The installers were on time, did an awesome job of installing the dishwasher.

The installation guys were so nice and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to remove an existing dishwasher that was installed incorrectly.

Installers in our area Palm Desert were friendly and on-time. They did a great job on the installation with no issues. 60 days later no issues.

Scheduling delivery and installation was easy and convenient. The Geek Squad installer was careful with the surrounding cabinets, appliances and flooring which was greatly appreciated. He did an excellent installation and reviewed use with me before leaving. I'm glad I purchased Geek Squad extended warranties instead of warranties through manufactures for all my kitchen appliances.

The installation crew from Best Buy to install our new dishwasher were excellent. They were very efficient and courteous. The new dishwasher looks great and works great!

Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. They are untrustworthy and unqualified. When they arrived to install this dishwasher first they claimed I needed to buy their install package (hoses, etc) for around $50 even though I had already bought one from Best Buy at the time I purchased the dishwasher (costing somewhere between $30-50 as well). The install team then complained about the placement of the dishwasher saying it was too far from the sink and that it really should be a foot or two closer. I then agreed to buy their “longer” hose since it felt like they had me at gunpoint and wouldn’t do the install unless I agreed. They then claimed that the water shut off valves under the sink weren’t good and would make it impossible to install the dishwasher… but they would be willing to replace the shut off valves for around $200. I knew this to be a complete and utter lie as I had used the water shut off valves multiple times in the past week to turn off the water to the old dishwasher to determine that we needed a new one. I also had a guy out to look at the old dishwasher who also had used the shutoff valves. There was absolutely nothing wrong with these valves and I have used them many times since to turn off the water so I could do other repairs to the sink and refrigerator. There was absolutely no problem at all with the valves and this was simply the Premier Logistics guys trying to scam extra money during the install from my elderly parents. Once I refused to replace the valves they said they’d “try to do the install” but weren’t sure how it would go. After they finished the install and left I attempted to do a load of dishes. The dishwasher immediately started leaking and flooding the kitchen. I called Premier Logistics and immediately complained. At first they tried to schedule an appointment several days later but I demanded they come back that day. Several hours later the Premier Logistics showed back up and seemed a bit annoyed to be here again. Once they started taking things a part the one installer admitted they used the wrong size hose (this would be the hose they forced me to buy from them before they would start the installation). I then asked the installer if we should dry out the area under the dishwasher since it had just been flooded to which he responded “uh…you could…it’s not really a big deal”. So he changed the hose, put the dishwasher back in place and didn’t dry anything not even with a rag or towel. I made him stay well into a dishwashing cycle this time before I let him leave. I believe it was the next day I got a call either from Best Buy or Premier Logistics asking “how did we do?” at which point I unloaded about how I had been charged extra money for a 2nd install package, the attempted scam of the valves, the flooding of the kitchen, and the overall bad attitude. Not long after this call I got called by the installer multiple times (probably 5 calls). I don’t know if he was calling to apologize. I don’t know if he was calling because he was mad I gave him a bad review. I had nothing to say to him at that point. On top of all this, it turns out they did a bad job of physically installing the dishwasher. The door kept having trouble latching properly until I took out 2 screws that the installers had used to fasten the dishwasher to the counter. Now the door has no problem at all. This was my 2nd experience with Premier Logistics. They had installed an over the stove microwave (also from Best Buy) a year earlier and also sent an incompetent team out for that. During that install one of the installers cut himself and bled all over my kitchen. Premier Logistics are a bunch of shady unqualified clowns. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else.

I was wholeheardely impressed by the installation techs that installed my 2 Whirlpool dishwashers! They were very professional, friendly and answered any of my questions I asked. You can't go wrong if you need your appliances installed by BestBuy staff.

The team that arrived to install was good. But the people who were co-ordinating the appointment were really bad. I was scheduled for delivery on 4/16, they called on 4/13 and asked if i was open to an install on 4/14. I said i was. They then called on 4/14 and said rhat they could no longer deliver and also that I had lost my original 4/16 slot. I was rescheduled for 4/19. Given that i had ordered the machine nearly a month earlier, this bungling of delivery was very annoying. Also, felt like my complaints were falling on deaf ears.

I purchased a new Bosch Dishwasher from Best Buy and chose to have them deliver and install it. I have always been extremely satisfied with Best Buy's Geek Squad and their installation. The two servicemen who delivered my new Bosch dishwasher were friendly, knowledgeable, and installed it quickly and smoothly. They explained everything and were patient. Highly recommend the installation.

The installer was competent but not very friendly. He did not welcome questions

They were polite and respectful, they could have been more familiar with the dishwasher installation kit. I was afraid they would damage our granite countertop. Overall they did a good job

Received a call confirming arrival time during expected window of delivery. The lead installation tech came in, quickly pulled out the dead dishwasher and loaded it onto the truck with additional crew, and then immediately brought in my new dishwasher, promptly installed it, tested it, and departed for their next stop. They handled this installation within a half hour. All was good!!!

These guys were careful and thorough as it works well now. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a rainy day. I'm thankful they knew what they were doing.

Excellent job, very quick and well done. Installer carried old dishwasher out and brought new one in himself, no dolly used.

Giving 4 stars because our installation got rescheduled 3 times before they were able to make it out to us, which put us behind a few weeks, but overall the crew was super friendly and efficient, which was a breath of fresh air from the mess we experienced with Home Depot. They did offer us a gift card for having to reschedule as well, which was super nice. Would highly recommend Best Buy.

The men who came were wonderful! They did the installed the dishwasher without any issues, made sure we understood how to use it and if we had any questions before they left. cleaned up after themselves and hauled away our old dishwasher! very pleased with the whole service Love my new dishwasher, very quiet
